The breakfast was incredible! The hotel is very quiet and convenient. My only issue was that my room smelled like smoke horribly. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t even there for 24hrs.
It could have used another cleaning as well, but not filthy.

ATTENTION TULIP TIME TRAVELERS! STAY HERE! YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER HOTEL, A BETTER LOCATION, A BETTER PRICE, A BETTER BREAKFAST OR A BETTER STAFF. I do not work here and am not affiliated with the hotel whatsoever. I sold my home in four hours and needed a place to stay while the weather was terrible. My review is as a private citizen that lived in the community for many years and I stand behind my review. This is the best hotel for any family, couple or single person to stay at. It is clean, convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast will keep you full all day long until the fresh baked cookies are brought out in the afternoon!

While this is an older property, it is very well maintained! The staff was excellent! They were all cheerful and very helpful! The breakfast bar was quite good and was out early! They have coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. We really enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed at this hotel for an anniversary getaway for 4 years. It’s mostly good the breakfast buffet is always good this year there was no plant based milk options but they still had plant based sausage. We had trouble with the key working then not, and having to get it reprogrammed. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.

Having spent 3 nights in a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Washington state, I was expecting more from the brand in Holland, MI. This seemed like an older facility, and had some odd smells. Unfortunately, there was a large group of youth hockey families sharing, or should I say, commandeering the space. When we came back to the hotel after an event in the area (about 10:30 pm), there was a large, boisterous and messy group of adults in the common area. We went to the drink counter to get some tea, and there were empty chip bags scattered all over the counter by the carafes. The group had clearly made themselves at home in the common area, but it communicated that those of us outside the group were not welcome. I realize this is not a direct reflection of the hotel, but it did create a less than pleasant experience for us.

The bed in this hotel was so incredibly uncomfortable. I did not sleep for more than one hour the entire evening. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was warm at least. Pool area was an absolute disaster with very slippery floors and towels all over the floor that I suspect guests had thrown down to walk on to avoid falling. Our room was very clean though. There were kids running up and down the hallways, one of them screaming, at 3am.

My room had a bad odor, I had booked for 2 nights morning 1 took a shower and no hot water and morning 2 I ended up checking out at 3am because the people in the room next to me kept slamming their door so couldn't sleep I told this to the front desk when I checked out at 3 in the morning and not 1 word was said not even I'm sorry
