My family of 2 adults & 2 teens found this to be an ideal NYC hotel! Great location, easy walking distance to so much, including Penn station if you want to take the subway. Breakfast was good, long breakfast hours, pretty nice gym, ac worked well. We had a executive 2 queen & it was nice to have the couch & extra space. Mini fridge & microwave

Overall, our stay here was okay. Breakfast selection was good, staff was really nice and the location of the property was convenient for us. What really brought down the rating was the elevators and cooling system. It's ridiculous that we had to wait 10+ min each time we wanted to use the elevator! Plan accordingly when you are heading out. The AC unit in the room was also terrible. It wouldn't blow out cool air but instead circulate the hot hair already in the room. Not ideal on a hot summer day in NY.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. My only complaints were that the light over the bathtub was too bright and that the automatic closing door of the hotel room across the hall was so loud that it would startle me inside our hotel room. There's a great Thai restaurant (Zoob Zib) and pizzeria (Vito's) around the corner from the hotel on 9th Avenue.

Great location in NYC! It’s just 2 blocks from Macy’s & Penn Station. Lots of food options close by. The hotel had a great breakfast included with our stay - food was great! The staff were pleasant and professional. Room was a bit small for 4 people but we managed well once we figured all the places to place our things. There’s an on site bar and small convenience “store” for snacks and beverages, which was very convenient.
