Nice comfortable bed. Provided a sound machine because it is located by a busy road. Breakfast was a hot breakfast eggs, sausage, quiche, and regular waffle maker, oatmeal and cereal. Diffently would stay here again.

When we pulled up to the Fairfield Inn in Woburn, we thought we had made a bad choice. The outside appeared run down. We didn’t have high expectations. When we walked in, it was clean. The receptionist shared that they were in the process of remodeling. We decided to give it a chance. I’m glad we did. The room was nice and the new mattresses were perfect…not too soft and not too firm…comfortable. The other end of the hall was clearly being remodeled because it had a plastic sheet blocking entry. The complementary breakfast offered a variety and had a cook preparing fresh breakfast burritos. My advice to anyone who has booked and is alarmed at the appearance of this Fairfield when they drive up…walk in and give it a shot. You won’t be sorry.

The hotel is right off the highway, which is very convenient. Front desk is friendly and flexible. My only complaint is that housekeeping came knocking on the door and never stopped even I yelled that I was coming to get the door.

Pros - The front desk staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. This property is close to numerous restaurants, fueling stations, and shopping. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was helpful. The room was clean and in good repair. The beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons - This property really struggles with their hot water supply. Every shower ran cold, and some never even got warm. Despite our reservation being for 3 adults and 1 child, housekeeping only left three towels each time they replaced them. We had to ask for additional towels (which I guess is perhaps more of an inconvenience than a con).
Other things to know…
There is a rail line that runs adjacent to the property. Some reviewers seem bothered by it, but we barely noticed it. The hotel does provide ear plugs and a white noise machine, if needed.
This hotel served our purpose. We wanted to visit Boston without paying downtown Boston hotel prices. I would stay here again.

Very welcoming staff...they're all helpful and friendly. There are nice choices for breakfast. Highway and train station are nearby so sometimes noisy at night, but there is a white noise machine to help block sounds. Unfortunately all the treadmills were not working in the gym, so we couldn't exercise together. Still a positive experience.

The staff was super nice and helpful and friendly. Also. We felt very safe here. That’s what made it great for us. Breakfast was very good but The king bed was too soft for our liking.
