The lobby is a great welcoming experience, elevators are super efficient, things appeared clean. The 3 big issues for me: 1. No hot water for a morning shower, no time to wait for a repair. 2. Noise, music and loud neighbors well past midnight. 3. $50 Valet. Kind of speaks for itself.

The good: beautifully decorated, spacious room and shower, comfortable bed
