Great location. Everything is walkable, restaurants, shopping and Al Lang Stadium for soçcer game. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great views from room. Hotel room was very clean. Loved our overnight stay!

Very nice property and great staff! We had issues at another hotel and were lucky to find a room in any hotel as it was a very busy weekend. We arrived early and Paula was very helpful getting us a room with a great view. The girls working in the coffee shop were friendly and Randy at the front desk was great as well. We visit St Pete at least once a year and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed at. Great place with great customer service.

I wish the ocean view had a balcony. The parking is only valet. She said it should be an option when purchasing the room, but unfortunately with Expedia that option didn't show. It was very clean & quiet tho. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The good: room was clean, balcony room had great views. The bad: walls/floors are not sound insulated. I could hear the person in the room above me pulling toilet paper off the roll! My truck was valet parked. The next day when trying to retrieve it, I was told the valet man had left for the day, and I'd have to get it. Told it was in another hotel parking lot down the street. Walked down there with luggage, no truck. Walked around looking for it. Called the valet company on the ticket, and after some research, was told where the truck was. This was a deal breaker for me, won't be going back

We were overall happy with the Galaxy. The customer service was amazing! Check in was easy and the location was great for the price. The parking garage is weird and space is very limited with small parking spots which was difficult for us. Also, don’t count on the morning coffee, it was old and cold and they microwaved it before serving it to us.

Parking on your own was very difficult. The check-in desk is located right inside the walkway area so if there were any lines they would be in the way of the revolving door. Very convenient location. Shower set up not ideal with trying to keep your arm from getting wet if you had clothes on turning it on. Beds were very comfortable.

I want to be constructive as I had a really great stay at the Galaxy. It is VERY obvious that this is a new/recently fully refurbished hotel. The staff were all VERY friendly but very new and inexperienced. It was super clean, but also obvious that construction is either still going on or is barely (and somewhat NOT) complete. There was unfinished drywall in the ceiling of the bathroom, this is going to be VERY bad in the future and I am hoping is not left that way. You are giving people body wash but not providing wash cloths. You have a coffee shop with no menu and VERY inexperienced staff trying their hardest, but failing, with a smile. I really want to stay here again in the future and I want them to succeed they just need to correctly finish the hotel and get some time under their belts. Please stay here, it was a great experience but also be honest with feedback to help them improve.

Ok parking $30 a day, o wash cloths and very little toilet paper have to get delivered on day one. Lock broken never fixed while there.

Only recommendation I would have is to have trays to rest your luggage on, so that kind of space could be used for other things and does not have to be stored on the floor.
