Elegant hotel. Older but many upgrades. Very friendly staff.

I love the property and the area. The room is a bit dated but it doesn't keep me from going back. The staff is great.

​I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. While the exterior of the property is beautiful and well-maintained, the service and in-room amenities fell significantly below expectations. ​During our stay, we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our experience: ​Lack of Hot Water: There was no hot water for the entire first night and the first half of the second day. This issue was reported twice before it was resolved. ​Plumbing Issues: The bathroom sink had very little water pressure and a persistent leak that was reported but never addressed during our stay. ​Unusable Jacuzzi Tub: We paid an additional fee for a room with a jacuzzi tub. However, upon inspection, the tub was found to be unclean and unusable. ​Faulty Room Key: Of the two room cards provided upon check-in, only one was functional that had to be resolved late at night. ​Upon check-out, I spoke with the manager and was offered a 20% refund as compensation for the issues, particularly the unusable jacuzzi tub. I was instructed to call upon my return home to process the refund. However, after making the call, I received an email stating that my refund request had been denied by the manager. ​This denial is not only frustrating but also contradicts the resolution that was verbally agreed upon. I am extremely disappointed with this outcome. I hope to resolve this matter and receive the refund that was promised.

I love the way that the shuttle driver will pick you up at the airport . They will also take you back to the airport for departure. The staff had an awesome attitude especially the check-in personnel.

We were at Garden Place only for one night, only because we wanted to be close to the airport as we were flying out at 6AM. Could tell that the external condition of the building is very old and outdated, but it was extremely clean which was the most important thing to me. The way the lobby is decorated is just absolutely breathtaking which is why I chose to stay here to begin with. The service was phenomenal. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was also very friendly and got us to the airport ahead of schedule. There is room service in the evening that is available but chose not to use it. My only complaints were that one of the lamps on the side of the bed didn't work, and also we had a jacuzzi room, and one of the faucets was leaking and I had to wipe it up because I didn't want the water soaking into the carpet. Otherwise, our stay here was great and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff of Garden Place for having us!

Staff was wonderful. However we did have to move rooms because of an issue. Could use a facelift but overall a decent experience.

I grew up in the area and always heard it was a fancy romantic place. I dont think its been updated in 30 yrs. Same quality as the Red Roof Inn. Reminded me a bit of the hotel from The Shining.

It was my husband and I's wedding night, and we were excited for the jacuzzi. Unfortunately in our tipsy state, we did not read the paper that told us how to work it, and it was very confusing during the short time we stayed here. The jacuzzi itself had no faucet, and had hair and spiders. The water generally ran too hot and the cold water didn't really work well. The king sized bed was nice. I did hear people a bit through the walls from time to time and when we were checking out, there was a guy making a noise complaint. Very fancy and sophisticated looking lobby and exterior. Altogether a bit disappointed with our stay.

Close to High Mark Staduim

Hotel advertises restaurant and bar not on premises. Hotel would be nice if was 1970 but its 2025. The hotel is dark inside and needs a makeover.

A lot of renovations need to be done to the rooms. Also, the smell is not appealing and t smells like a hospital.

The hotel is good but needs some improvements.The staff was nice and very helpful.The room was clean.We had horrible TV reception but our bed was comfortable.The sink was a little slow for the water to go down.Over all a nice stay.

The floors are outdated and the property needs renovations.

Came as a couple passing though town. We chose the 2 person spa bath room. The tub was large and had plenty of hot water. The carpets on the first floor soaked up old water smell, but that is expected with it being a jacuzzi floor. Comfy bed, larger room. The staff was eager to help and accommodating. The courtyard area is beautiful. Someone took a lot of time and dedication decorating & that was my favorite part of the stay.
