Just the lady that’s on property is rude at times and I don’t feel comfortable there

We chose this motel because it was very affordable knowing it wasnt going to be anything fancy and we were okay with that since we didnt spend any time in the room besides to sleep. My only complaints were that housekeeping didnt visit and we even put the maid requested sign up and that the bathtub would fill up to our ankles when showering. Nothing we couldnt live with for the money we saved on a fancy hotel or cabin. It was also a good location and close too a lot of things.

We had a good one night stay. The hotel is older, furnishings are outdated. But it is clean. The linens, mattress, box spring all look new and very clean. The mini fridge was also spotless. The pillows are very thin so if you are particular about your pillows I'd bring your own.

The room are large. Great location for families

I stayed for a week, not once did they come to clean the room or refresh our towels or linens. The bedroom was iffy at best. The floors were dirty, stuff was hanging off the walls and needed repaired. We finally saw someone because they aren’t in the office all the time and they told us they clean once when you leave. I had to buy my own toilet paper and towels. I will not go back!!!

The only thing I could say bad about our stay is the coffee maker was very dusty and the carpet was dirty under the table next to the windows.

Room was okay but bed spreads were stained,and there was hair in the shower,refrigerator froze our drinks,also didnt have extra toilet paper,or coffee packets and sugar packets

This is going to be an honest review of this hotel. I have seen a lot of mixed reviews. First location of hotel is great. Near restaurants and fun things to do. Next door is a fun park with go carts and games. Super fun. We reserved a pet friendly 2 bed room. Upon arrival the front desk was extremely nice. Our room had an old smell to it probably because of the carpet. I definitely suggest hardwood flooring throughout rooms. It just hold smells. The room was decently big the beds where nice. The place could use a remodel it’s an older hotel so it’s as clean as possible. The bathroom is where I had a problem. It was terrible. Extremely dirty. Fixtures hanging on walls by 2 by 4s. Shower curtain had mold on bottom. Stains all over towels and wash cloth. Bottom of tub was filthy had to wear flip flops in shower. Another thing is the pool does not have a railing to get in and out of which is very dangerous. I suggest this hotel if you need somewhere to stay that’s cheap and you are in a pinch.

Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Perfect for overnight after Dollywood without having to make a drive!

We had to purchase our own toilet paper. The office was frequently closed and there was no one to assist the TV and Internet went out multiple times. The room was 94° when we arrived. It is an older hotel that needs maintenance. The carpets were dirty. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. However the smell of smoke was overwhelming, and there were ashtrays outside of every floor. It is located in a convenient area that is close to all of the entertainment and venues.

The only positive part of the stay was the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was not clean and the hotel is very rundown. It needs a lot of work. The room had a really bad smell, and there were spider webs everywhere, especially going up the ramps to the room we ran into them constantly it was three floors, and there was no stairs or elevators just really steep ramps the maintenance guy or whoever he was was very rude and telling us we couldn’t park where we was trying to park, but it was a parking stall

Older hotel, needs maintenance. Room was extremely hot when we arrived no toilet paper and no towels. Office was closed most of the time so we had to go purchase our own toilet paper. It was supposed to be a no smoking facility, but the smoke smell was overwhelming. Ash trays on every floor. Lots of bugs in sink and tub when ww arrived. The location is perfect. It is on the parkway and near all of the attractions.

After leaving my previous hotel because of a cockroach infestation, I explained my situation and the manager politely let me inspect the room prior to me booking. This is an older motel but is clean and orderly. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and polite and offered me a bigger room than what was offered online. Towels sheets and pillows smelled clean bed slept good and the AC worked flawlessly down to 61 degrees. Old doesn’t always mean bad and first impressions are important. Stayed 3 days without incident and would recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

Don’t let these outdated photos fool you, this place is an absolute dump. Holes in wall patched and not painted, porcelain on bathtub chipped all over, drawers on dresser won’t open. And they never cleaned once
