The rooms are clean. The lobby is being renovated so check in was a little strange. The front desk person was very professional considering she had to sit at a table to check you in.

Staff was great

Since it was undergoing renovations things were kind of a mess. Especially upsetting was the shower never got very hot at all!

They were under construction but tried to make it as convenient for people to maneuver around! Food was amazing both days we were there!

Although the property is under renovation, the staff was very helpful and friendly. A good stay!

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. WE HAVE DEALT WITH KRYSTAL FOR 3 STAYS. Friendly staff all the way around. Every one says hello, asks if you need anything. The fitness center and hot tub were closed for renovations. Well informed at the front desk of that, pool was open. It was ok. I'd stay again for staff n location. But it's a bit dated, we've been going there for years. Hotel was very clean. It's just outdated. Paint and new furniture and carpet would do the job. Fridge on the floor, no microwave in our room. Grounds were clean. Bed was ok. Clean bedding. Great location. Close to everything, strip malls, low end and high end. Target close by, Texas Roadhouse, a stones throw away. Ask for a 10% card at the front desk to take with you when you dine. We didn't eat the hot breakfast. Other guest said it was good. Turkey bacon is served.

During our 4 day stay, the room would not cool more than 75 degrees and at times it was warmer. I notified the manager. She gave us a fan and claimed that she would refund our dog fee and one night's stay because she didn’t have another room available. She instructed me to contact Expedia about the refund, which i did. When we checked out, i wanted to confirm that we were given the refund but no one ever came to the front desk. Many people were also waiting. I left our key cards on the desk and left since others in line had already been waiting for 30 minutes. Expedia continued to try and resolve the refund, but they were not successful. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Aside from the broken thermostat, the furniture was worn out, breakfast closed earlier than the scheduled time and was poorly stocked. I intend to call Hampton Inn corporate regarding my experience.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive, the only complaint about the hotel room was that my husband was in a wheelchair and the door did not have a stopper it was a little difficult mostly getting into the room trying to hold the door open to maneuver the wheelchair .

Disappointed no freezer in fridge and no microwave!

Rooms were great, had a completely separate sitting room that could be clos ed for privacy. Breakfast options could be better.
