Employees were wonderful! We had to ask for our room to the trash carried out and for clean towels after the first night. Sign on bathroom mirror said they would make beds, dump trash, bring clean towels and none of it was done after the first night. The second night everything was done. Room was clean…Matress was hard as a rock….Refrigerator barely keep things cool…No microwave in room, had to go down stairs.

Good quality hotel. We went to see a concert at a BOK arena and the location is great. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean, AC worked well, quiet.

Overall not a horrible experience. We chose this hotel based on its location across from the BOK center because we had the 2 day passes for PBR and wouldn’t have to get transportation we could just walk. We had to pay $20 just to park at the hotel and it’s on the backside of the building so we had to unload everything and walk it all the way around to walk into the front. A little annoying but okay it’s downtown we get it. There was no microwave in our room and the mini fridge didn’t keep things cold. So when we went out to eat we couldn’t store our leftovers or warm them up. A little annoying but it’s fine bc at least it’s close to the BOK center. When we asked for extra towels bc our room had 2 and we are grown women that use 2 towels when we bathe he gave me floor mat towels which were hard, coarse and felt like sandpaper. Which is fine when you’re using them to step on when you get out of the shower but not good for someone with sensitive skin like myself. I mentioned to him these weren’t the bathing towels but the floor mat towels he proceeded to look at me annoyed and said yes they are and then walked away. We got to our room, I felt the other towels and laid them next to each other and the towels he gave me were VERY much different then the towels we had in the room already. Not soft to the touch, half the size easily, and had a square pattern on them indicating a “rug” type pattern which weren’t on the other towels. Breakfast was pitiful and dissatisfying.

Had an unpleasant incident. I reported a broken front panel of the window unit to the front desk on my way out for a dog walk. The repair guy entered my room by his master key without getting permission while my wife and daughter were in bed but I was not in the room. Very unprofessional behavior for a hotel maintenance guy on duty. Reported to the front desk when checking out. Haven’t heard anything back from the manager yet.

After I checked in and was given my room, I got there and it was never cleaned. I called the desk and they told me to come back down to get a new room. It took no time at all to get a new room. I get the this room and only one power receptacle worked and it was in the bathroom. Didn't bother complaining because the rooms didn't get any better. I've stayed here a few times and this is the first time this has happened.

I liked that it was right across from the BOK where my event. Great restaurants were within walking distance. I did not like that the TV was not user friendly and had to have staff come up twice. The heat did not work in the room. Staff brought up 2 space heaters for us.

The heater did not work well. The bed skirt was soiled. We did not care for the coffee at all. On the bright side employees were great. Breakfast was better than most. We chose this hotel for location so that worked out well.

I reserved a two queen bed room. Upon check-in I was placed in a king room with a pullout sofa. It was completely unacceptable As I needed a room to accommodate two people with lower back issues that each needed a bed. The hotel was fully booked, and the front desk was unable to find a two bed room.
