Hampton Inn and Suites Annapolis

Clean and comfortable room a with friendly service. Also in a great location to access the surrounding area.

Unfortunately not a great representation of a Hampton inn. Very very old hotel with a layer of paint on top of it to try to upgrade it. Television didn’t work, humidity in the hotel was enough to fog my glasses everytime i left my room. Went to wash my face and the entire sink filled with brown water.

We booked a room but the room wasn’t available so we were given a downgraded room. We were very disappointed. Expedia reimbursed us but not without us having to spend quite some time in the chat feature. In addition to that, the hotel was outdated, paint peeling off the walls, carpet in hallways not vacuumed, and pieces of the hotel falling apart. Staff was nice though. Not up to Hilton standards.

I recommend going to Google for pictures and videos of the property. I left a more detailed review over there. Pros : Location near Naval Academy, Trader Joe’s, Amish Market, Great Breakfast Options, 24/7 Coffee / Tea. Cons : Room was not clean and replenished fully. Kitchenette came with two knives, no forks or spoons, food remnants in the sink, microwave, and pots, severe water damage under sink, under stove is sinking, no dish soap and sponge were provided in our room (saw housekeeping in the other suite and they were provided some which is the only reason I knew we didn’t any). Bathroom has a dust and mildew issue behind the door, found hairs from other people, gunk on walls, calcium build up in sink that I scrubbed a good bit off, sink water pressure and design is not practical. $10 per night for parking for a hotel in this location is wild. It’s on its own road behind trees near other hotels, not downtown or within walking distance of downtown. I knew about it going in, but staff does not reiterate this parking fee or when to expect it to be withdrawn from you account. Further transparency, especially given the feedback, is necessary.

The front desk personnel was wonderful! They were very accommodating especially Yasmine. We were disappointed in the housekeeping. We weren't told that it would be every other day and needed to stop by the front desk for towels. The day we had housekeeping they simply dropped off towels and emptied the trash. Our bathroom tissues and toilet paper ran out with no extras in the room.

They should have told us in advance that there was a PARKING FEE.

We paid because there was a pool that was advertised at this place. However, the pool was not open because it hadn’t passed inspection yet.

I went with my lady. We had good time

Comfortable stay after watching the Blue Angels.

The stats was awesome.! The rooms was clean The breakfast was amazing.

Really friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Room was clean, looks/feel a little older. Our tub was peeling but overall it was a good stay.

No housekeeping for 2 nights. Was not aware and don’t think we were told at check in. Kinda noisy, heard doors slamming and voices in hall. Good location and price though for what we needed. Breakfast was meh.

Our room was very spacious, bedroom, living,kitchen with all the appliances that we needed. Parking was convenient and easy to walk around the hotel. Very friendly staff, specially Zenobia at the front desk( she was kind and professional and made us feel welcome immediately💗)and Terry in the breakfast room(she was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was full, very friendly 💗) we will definitely recommend this location to others!!

Easy all round. Too bad you have to pay for parking

Check in was late, tv did not work , one elevator out of order, ice maker on our floor out of order. Breakfast quality poor. Hotel old a worn, have stayed at hampton inn many times, wont stay at this location again.

The best part of the trip was the Front desk. Room size was disappointing. Insufficient number of towel sets and unable to get additional. Didn't really have a closet just swing away hooks behind a curtain. One of two elevators were broken as well as the floor ice machine. Needs rehab soon. Even the flags out front were faded and showing wear. Paid parking did fill quickly but no security provided to justify a fee which was not included on quoted price. Overall, I'm really surprised considering the Hilton brand.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was on par with any other hotel, the room was clean but check in was at 4pm and we didn't get a room key til almost 5pm
