As a frequent traveler to many different hotels, this is at the top of my list. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. They provide decent complimentary breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is that they have 24-hour hot beverages (coffee and tea) to satisfy my thirst.

I have stayed at better. Please clear the snow, ice in the valet area, so people can actually get to car. Ruined a pair of boots. Room, sink was stopped up. Bathroom needed a good cleaning as dirt splattered on wall. Not enough toilet paper. Bathtub out of supplies, conditioner, etc.

I stayed at this property for one night. After they gave me a room facing a wall and I asked for a different room, they upgraded me to a different room with yet another bad view. The next morning the water did not get hot in the shower and the shower door cut my ankle. Then they charged me $300 and falsely said I smoked in the room. I will be filing a lawsuit against this property.
