Although they were booked, I didn’t hear anyone else in the hotel. Our room was spacious and we had booked for 6 but only ended up bringing 5. Most hotels don’t have that option and you have to purchase 2 rooms. We usually stay at Airb&b’s but we weren’t going to do anything but sleep because our day was busy. We checked in at 11pm. Fast check in and had breakfast in the morning around 9.

We stay in Des Moines often for doctor visits, this may be our favorite! The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The pool is clean and spacious. My son loves the hot tub. Great location, not too busy, near food and shopping.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows inside the pillow cases were obviously old (yellowed). Room was a bit noisy and a strange configuration. Just wasn't quite as good overall as I expected.

Everything was good. But Saturday night a couple of adults was hanging out in the lobby. Not noisy at all but we was told that area closed in 10 minutes had no idea lobby’s closed overnight. Other then that it was good but also no housekeeping.

The sheets had black hair in them and didn’t look clean. Looked like they made the bed but didn’t change the sheets! Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Our towels didn’t have anymore “fluff” to them.
But the beds themself were comfortable, and front desk people were great!
