Hampton Inn and Suites Houston I-10 West Park Row

Floor was sticky. After the stay I found very small mount of unknown charge. They said that it's parking fee which they never told me when I checked in and supposed to be available for free parking. I complained and they refunded but weird feeling.

The hotel wasn’t terrible but I could not give a high rating because the a/c unit in the rooms have a bad smell and plumbing issues I had to switch rooms. Overall it’s a decent hotel, near restaurant and shopping.

The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great accommodations

Super upset with one of the rooms . It had some kind of bugs. Was bitten all over body Hard to believe for that type of establishment

My issue with this hotel is the safety, which was honestly very surprising for the surrounding area its in. The hotel is within walking distance to the children's hospital & the area is not really located in an area were you would say is "run down". However, that first night we stayed two vehicles were broken into. Our vehicle had the passenger window busted & ransacked & it is my understanding the other couple's vehicle had the same thing occur to them. Do not know were they were parked, but I was parked at the front the hotel, east of the entrance, by the lamp post. You would think that parking spot would be safe. While reporting the incident to the lady at the front desk, she happened to mention that these were not the first break-ins that has happened at this hotel. Apparently, they have had several incidence of break-ins d/t the fact there is an apartment complex surrounding the hotel. It is believed that someone or two or more persons who live in those apartments are responsible for these break-ins. While waiting to get the window fixed on my vehicle, I walked around the parking lot & noticed pieces of glass at several different parking spaces. There was even a large portion of a car door window which was thrown into a bush on the east side of the building. What is even more disappointing about all this, especially knowing this has been a problem in the past, they have no camera's around there property, only two at the entrance. If you decide to stay here, BUYER BEWARE!

The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. Ive had much better options in other locations, but everything seemed fresh. The bed was sort of broken down feeling and the chaise in the room was kind of dingy looking, making me not want to sit on it. Also, there weren’t some of the small amenities I've become accustomed to, like makeup wipes and a makeup/adjustable mirror. The coffee service tray was not reatocked, and there were used items left on it.

Everything was perfect.

Fromt desk staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful!

It was okay. ALOT ALOT of kids/ teenagers running up and down the halls knocking on doors and running. Kids were so loud throughout the whole hotel. 12:30am they were still loud up and down the hallways

The room was old and dirty. It smelled old and the shower was not clean. There was hair in the shower and the carpet was old. I did not like the room or facilities and will not stay here again. Then my tier was stopped up the whole time. I advised the front desk but she didn’t send anyone to fix it. I would not stay here again. I I y stayed because it was one night and we got in late so we were too tired to find another hotel. And I paid $117 for one night. I’d like a refund Gross!

Let me start my saying we prefer really nice, clean, modern hotels. Hampton Inn in LA made me really like Hampton Inns. So I thought no different when reserving our room here doing our trip to Katy. To all of our surprise, this hotel is nothing like other Hampton Inns. It was sooo outdated! As soon as we walked in we noticed scraps on the wall, doors damaged, bathroom old, and weird old smell, tv small, etc. I could go on and on. But for me and my family personally would never stay here again! But on the flip side the only great experience, was the lady that checked us in! She showed is amazing customer service!

Only real problem was several electrical outlets did not work.

Stayed here when arriving late into town. Very clean and nice. Great breakfast. I would easily stay here again if the need arose.

Generally very good. Breakfast is good but not excellent. Shower gel was empty.
