The sofa sleeper needs to throne out. It’s broken, the mattress doesn’t look safe. Shower is HOT water only. Toll bars are rusted. It’s time for an upgrade. Not deserving of the Hampton name. Not happy

This hotel was in awful condition for a Hampton Inn! Paint peeling, mildew on ceiling, false fire alarm, strobe light in room stayed on for 45 minutes after it was determined it was a false alarm, attendant refuse to give me a receipt, no control of room temperature, etc…

Worn furniture, peeling paint, no maid service, broken light over mirror in bathroom. Lack of cold water made taking a shower a safety hazard. Parking was difficult. Only positive was the staff were friendly and attentive. By far the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.

Minutes away from museums. Very convenient for me. What I did not like was that you cannot control your unit in the room you have to let them know at front desk and they will adjust it was very confusing in the beginning but got better at the end of my stay

King room tiny, not like picture I selected. No fridge and ice machines not working. Cleaning staff extremely nice amd helpful. Front desk staff, some friendly, some not. Great location for conferences, but I doubt I will book again.

This is a very old building which means it can’t always be in good shape. However, I was sadly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. Both elevators had sticky stuff on the floor for all 24 hours of my stay and garbage in the ice room on the 3rd floor was overflowing and need changed. The room itself was very clean but the paint was peeling in the bathroom shower, hairdryer had been taken off the wall and not replaced, and the track in the bathroom shower wasn’t even there. Staff was nice enough and helpful. I’m just surprised how run down and dirty the hotel felt.

The room was so dirty. Doors were broken and would not close., for both main door and bathroom. The roll out was disgusting and had to ask staff multiple times to bring an extra bed.. furniture in room was so poor quality. Mattress kept movibg while sleeping the head was not attached to bed frame so kept falling back. The telephone to call front desk had no wire. Room size was good

We checked in after 5 PM, it was a very cold night and our room did not have any heat. We called downstairs and were told that the central heating system location was downstairs? The front desk clerk said that he turned the heat on, but it took a long time before it actually did. This is a refurbished hotel, we knew that before we booked, but as Hilton Honors members we didn’t think it would be in such terrible condition. The lamp was missing a bulb, and no toilet paper. My husband had to purchase some because there wasn’t any available downstairs. The condition of the room was unacceptable for the Hilton brand. I included pictures to show the condition of the hotel and our room. We will not return.

The room was so cold that we requested the front desk help us. No more rooms were available so he brought us more comforters. He offered to call the HVAC repair person but they never came. Then the showers never got warm in the morning.

I requested room cleaning and the only thing I got was a new set of towels and toilet paper. There was absolutely NO cold water in my room. The toilet when flushed was hot water filling the bowl. The room smelled like someone smoked weed in it when they dropped off the towels and toilet paper. Very old building that looked on the inside like it was haunted.
