Hotel was adequate and clean. Very centrally located to the activities we were in Nashville to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and a large urban park too. Nice inviting lobby. Plenty of free parking.

Hotel is close to Vanderbilt Medical Center, the purpose of our stay. It’s in a safe neighborhood with walkable dining options. The suite comes equipped with a kitchenette though pots, pans, and other cooking essentials are limited, aged, and overused. Cleaning staff is very accommodating but the facilities are aging and in need of renovation and maintenance. All in all, it’s an acceptable choice if your stay is to address medical needs at Vanderbilt.

We weren't able to check in until almost 7:00 pm. Went to the room and it had not been cleaned. By the time we were able to check in, is was 7:00 pm. Our concert began at 8:00

The staff had terrible attitude. Even the property manager didn’t care about anything I asked. Just kept saying we booked through Expedia so nothing sh could do to make our stay comfortable. No hot water but she didn’t care. Lobby chairs are so old the cushions had no cushion. We had what appeared to be urin stains on our bedding but she didn’t care.

The stay was overall good however we went to check in at 3pm and our room wasnt ready so they gave us another room to which I asked "is this the same kind of room?"
The staff stated "yes the exact same". But i had ordered a suite and it was not a suite. So then we go back to the desk and are told no suites are ready, we would have to wait. So we waited almost 2 hours. I understand problems occur and am totally understandable but this was a medical trip, we had been at the hospital and had to go back to the hospital the next day and we just wanted to rest so this just proved to be frustrating especially as we are packing to leave an hour prior to discharge and the staff knock on our door to make sure we are leaving on time. We were denied our booked stay for 2 hours but then get rushed out? It was not our best stay.

You can never go wrong with Hampton hotels, but this one was not the cleanest! Service was good, staff super nice. My husband had to go to 3 different floors to find an ice machine that worked. We just felt that everywhere we looked needed a good cleaning.
