We stayed for 4 nights and never received cleaning service. We asked on the day it should have been done and a guy was working by himself on a Friday night and it was so busy. He did bring us garbage bags and towels and said we would have our room cleaned first thing in the morning. That did not happen. We asked twice and never got our room cleaned. Garbage cans are tiny so garbage was overflowing. Towels were piled up in the corner in the bathroom. We most not have been the only ones because we saw garbage cans and piles of towels in the hallway. I would like a refund.

Came back to the room at 900 the second night It was raining and the ceiling in the room was leaking, the carpet was wet and water was dripping on my things. I'm a handicapped veteran and I had to change rooms and it wasn't easy

Scott the hotel manager is absolutely the most WONDERFUL person ever. He has made this stay SO enjoyable! I will be highly recommending this place due to him making it super friendly and inviting!
The location is also great! Directly across the road from the Tanger Outlets! Easy access towards the Casino as well if you are into that sort of thing!
They are also going to be renovating soon, so this location will be even more beautiful!

I reserved a suite with a king bed and couch. They stuck me in a basic room with 2 small beds. They told me if i don't like it they will not charge my card and i can leave. Convenient for them to put people wherever they want when the person is out of town and has no place else to sleep.
