Nice Hotel & Nice Size Rooms

Great stay. I was in for a dance convention. The hotel was very comfortable. Needs more parking.

I was really worried about the stay here after reading all the comments about the homeless around the hotel. They must have been moved, because I didn't see a single homeless person or an encampment across or beside the hotel. The hotel room must have been recently renovated because it looked pretty new and clean. I stayed in the non smoking room. The free breakfast was good, and they had free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and a fruit bowl all day, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for a tournament, along with several other sports teams. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Enjoyed the time

Lot of homeless and traah on the street. The hotel itself was nice enough. The highway was noisy, but acceptable. The whirlpool was broken, which shouldn't be. It is supposed to be a jacuzzi, but the motor was not good. Then it broke completely. Also someone punched out the 3rd floor button in one elevator. Maintenance is not available to fix that til sometime later this week.

The staff were wonderful and the facility was clean and comfortable. There was a rather large honeless camp set up directly across the road that made it feel a little unsafe, but otherwise happy.

Miss hotel was clean the staff was always very friendly and helpful the breakfast was great with plenty of options and special treats like Nutella. The pool was clean and had a great temperature and the hot tub was nice the Jets were not very strong. The area it is in is not necessarily the best area but the way they have it set up I didn't ever feel unsafe. Overall I was very pleased.

Had problem with booking reached out to the hotel no response

The hotel is freshly remodeled and very clean, and nice! The beds were super comfy! I was pleasantly surprised. This is not in a good area, but there is fencing and cameras, and I felt safe going to my car at night. There were no people loitering around the property. The staff was helpful and kind. The workout facilities and pool were clean and nice. Breakfast was very good- better then the average free breakfast at hotels- I would happily stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We had 3 separate families staying and the staff were absolutely awesome! Breakfast was yummy! Pool was fun!

Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Janelly at the front desk.

Did not realize where this property was. It’s situated smack dab in the middle of homeless encampments it appeared.

The room should have been accessible, however there were no bars at the toilet area and a very short stool in the shower. The bathroom door didn’t fully close. The heater leaked water on the floor and the carpet was soaked.
