I planned meeting a sister at your hotel. I had arrived way before for check in time.And wanted to park my car in the hotel parking lot since I had réservations for Wednesday and Thursday night. So I when inside an spoke with Jessica at the front and I told that I know it was way to early for check in and asked if it would be ok to go ahead and oark my car since my sister know Tulsa alot better than I did. She said sure, but she let me check to see if your room is ready, if so I'll go ahead and check you in.It was ready.Thank Jessica for checking us in early. Great customer service.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. But the room was dated and needed remodeling. Just old and kinda ran down. Staff was courteous and friendly. Not near as nice as I had paid for.

I have stayed at this Hampton several times over the years. The building/room is showing signs of aging. Our room lighting was very dark with no overhead lighting. We stayed 5 nights. The room had a king sized bed and only one chair. It took two days to get a second chair. It seemed that the weekend was staffed a little light as the trash cans in the dining area overflowed. However, the desk staff were all very nice and friendly. I stay here because the location is best for visiting family in the area and for now, I will continue to stay here.

I didn't like that the bedding for the sofa sleeper was not provided in the room. When I requested for it to be brought up I was told I had to come get it. Then when I went to get it, it was balled up with no covering and just handed to me. I questioned whether it was actually clean since the sheets were wrinkled and balled u. It was difficult for me to carry all the bedding back to the room. How ridiculous anyway..It should have been provided in the room before I checked in. It also should have been folded neatly and placed in some kind of bag or something to keep it sanitary.

This was the worst experience. It is very out dated and smells like old carpet everywhere. The sheets had a stale smell to them. The shower was clogged. Our bathroom light went out and they were not able to get maintenance out to change out. The pull out bed was horrid! The ceiling was leaking in the dining area . The had 3-4 buckets catching the water leaks. Extremely unsanitary. Zero out of 10 . I do not recommend.

Checked in at 10pm, 10:30 found the toilet clogged and called the front desk to fix. They dropped off the plunger at the door for us to fix it, not hardly. The front desk clerk returned to fix because there was no other rooms. The next morning at the basic breakfast with unruly kids running, screaming and jumping off chairs I went back to rest at 8:30. But no it was just beginning, 10:00 am rolled around and the mega Transformation Church started with loud outdoor music for 2 more hours. Then the key card stopped working so back to the desk for a fix. UGH all seemed to be good then 10:00 pm rolled around and the kids above us thought their floor was a trampoline. The best thing here was check out.

We had booked a room and they literally told us their was no booking and they kicked us out at 5 am and called the police even tho we booked it they made the mistake and didn't check us in when they called us and put it down as a no-show that's not fair

I didn’t get the room I booked and the room I got had work being done on it and was not put together we had too put the furniture out of the middle of the floor and the couch was broke and pillows were thrown all over

I was told on both occasions of complaining the manager would call me. However, I have yet to hear from anyone. No information on the website about their pool being down. I chose this location due to having a pool. They sent to Lifetime fitness to swim abs they would not let us in. Wrong info given by hotel staff. Bathroom was gross.

Nice area with options near by. However the trip was booked solely to this destination because it had an indoor pool. Originally was only staying two nights then decided to stay three and after booking the third night they let me know they do not have a pool in service. That was not noted on the site. We had to travel to go to another location that had a pool. Plus my key cards stopped working multiple times and we were getting locked out of our room.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room as my daughter has cerebral palsy. The room was huge. There was four of us so we had plenty of space. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast was good for $free.99😆the only complaints are the door in our room was missing a screw so the handle kept coming off. This wasn’t a deal breaker, in fact we didn’t even mention it to staff. Other than that, you tell the room was a little dated with buckling paint in the bathroom and the handicapped shower head needs to be replaced. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but they worked. We were there for a volleyball tournament and overall were not disappointed. Yes, I would stay again.
