Great room and breakfast! Noon check out is nice.

Modern looking.

I was in meetings all day and checked in at about 10PM. The room was clean but very warm, 75 to 80 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner to lower the temp to 70, and about 5 minutes in, the AC started to make a horrible noise that lasted for about 5 minutes. I waited a bit and this process continued about every 20 minutes, 15 minute of quiet and then 5 minutes of horrible rattling, I called the desk and was told they were sorry but the maintenance staff had gone home and that they were full. I had to sleep in a room that was about 80 degrees all night long, and all the hotel staff had to say was "We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay."

The rooms are dated, but very clean. The bathroom was new, very nice. Overall, clean and comfortable, that was all we needed.

Looked like they didn’t clean the room well at all. Food spots and hair on several things.

I was very impressed by the bathroom it was super clean and where the jandle to operate the water is perfect they should do all hotel bathroo.s that way

We were a large group with many children. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

It was an overnight stay. But the staff was helpful and friendly. And the room was clean.

Quick and easy check in and out. Nice breakfast and clean room.

It was okay stay.. Had to wait for check in. Breakfast staff left us feeling like we were an inconvenience. Out of everything and were closing breakfast early at 9:30 am on a sunday. The state of the breakfast area was less than clean.

We came to town for a family reunion and love to stay at a Hampton Inn whenever possible, our stay overall did not disappoint. The mini fridge however was not operating properly, the front desk staff attempted to locate one but there none were available. We loved everything else about the room and our two nights there.

The room was cleaned quickly and not thoroughly, I was looking forward to the hot breakfast was when we arrived (8:30am) many foods were unavailable and would not be restocked. No eggs or meat available, no milk for cereal. Was basically a continental breakfast at that point. Not worth the money.

Handicap room was very spacious and clean. We did miss an easy chair for relaxing. Worst part was the continental breakfast. Only hot dish was sausage gravy which was thick as mud. Thank goodness for waffles and toast. No black tea except a bag in the room. No one wants sleepy time tea first thing in the morning.

We have stayed at this property before and liked it. This time though the mattress was extremly uncomfortable. Felt like it should be replaced. The room wasnt as clean as last uears trip

Everything was great!

Stayed for one night. Staff was polite. Beware, Pool is only 4ft deep, which I dont think that's listed anywhere on the site. Buffet breakfast was basically over when we came down at 9am, though it says 6-10am. The room was fine but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Location was convenient with Culver's & Ruby Tuesday nearby if you want a couple of quick eats with Meijer just a few steps away.
