Overnight stay on a motorcycle trip.

Everything was great. Clean rm and quiet atmosphere.

The convenience of being in clarksdale was a plus... the bathrooms need more love and attention... other than that I was comfortable.

Handicap bath rails falling off walls, pool closed in May, no luggage carts. Front desk personnel no help. Have stayed at other Hampton Inns, no issues. Clarksdale Hampton Inn very disappointing.

Great stay overall. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. The only thing was the water didn’t stay just super hot and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good. Outside of that, everything else was wonderful!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. However, computer problems caused them to be unable to issue a room key at check in, keys were issued later. The room was ok. Television operation left a lot to be desired. The complimentary breakfast was just so so; but, it was something to eat. I’m not sure I would select this place to stay in the future. I would like to stress that the staff was great.

The staff were polite. Our sheets were not changed when we arrived. The staff was notified but forgot to change them. We had to call 3 (three) times before anyone came upstairs. The food selection was nice and the area was very clean. The receptionist refused to give me a receipt and told us that Expedia would provide that since we booked through a third party. Still waiting for a receipt. Our stay was April 25 thru 27 and we arrived at approximately 5:30 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025. Thank you.

Very outdated, low maintenance is performed. Most definitely not worth the nightly cost. Breakfast was good though.

I booked this stay through Expedia and paid for it in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told Expedia had canceled my reservation and I would have to pay for my room. I called Expedia and they told me they had not canceled my reservation. I was forced to pay for my room twice.

Hotel needs a deep clean and updating. One of the rooms the family stayed in had such bad mechanical noises all night they didn’t sleep. Walls are paper thin.

The trash has been outside of the next room door since I checked in on Saturday. It is now Monday morning and it is still here. I was here for two days and no one came to give fresh towels or take out the trash. I have stayed at several Hampton inn and this was the worst one I ever stayed in.

Close to downtown. Front desk person Thursday night was super helpful, friendly. Breakfast on Saturday was disappointing. We went down at 9am, breakfast is until 10, and they were out of everything. No coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, muffins, english muffins, and waffle mix. Everytime the women working there would come in or out from the back room she would very loudly sigh, like we were forcing her to do something she shouldn't have to do. After 15 minutes we finally got coffee, sausage and potatoes. We made do with that. I always stay at hotels with breakfast and i have never seen one as unprepared and unorganized as this one.
