Overall good experience. Very clean. The only thing is the ceiling in the room was peeling and seemed to have some water damage. The air conditioner in the room wouldnt shut off. But i would rather have it cold than hot!

The front desk staff were friendly. But the hotel has problems that need to be addressed. On one night, the fire alarm went off around midnight. The next morning, staff mentioned that it was likely due to a faulty alarm system, which they've been dealing with for a while.
The other major issue during the stay was that the room door was not locked when we returned from being out all day. Apparently, the cleaning crew cleaned the room, but failed to fully shut the door on the way out, leaving it unlocked. Luckily, nothing appears to have been stolen from the room during that time.

Around 8 the morning on my day if checkout I was am standing in the room and housekeeping let themselves into my room without knocking and checkout wasn’t until 11. I did not have clothes on. Other than that the stay was ok. I wouldn’t go again.

On the down side: Bathroom small. Tub unbelievably slippery. No trays under coffee or ice bucket. Hall carpet clean but spotted by stain removal. Fake creamer ~ no 1/2 & 1/2. No cut fruit.
On the positive side: Room clean. Bed excellent. AND When I requested a tray at the front desk to carry my breakfast to my room, RAY (though there were no trays) found a clean tray sized box top~ perfect!

We stayed for two nights for a lacrosse tournament and I was very impressed, especially with the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was great to hang out at night and the pool was a great hangout space as well. I had commented to the front desk that we did not have a fridge in our room, and within five minutes, we had one delivered to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation!

This property does not seem very well maintained. The breakfast was not very good in terms of food quality. Finally, it was very confusing getting to it since it is also by the Hilton. Not very well marked.
