Hampton Inn Sturbridge

Very clean, quiet, well-kept, modern, good location, pleasant staff. Only issue was the type of room we booked over a week in advance was not available upon arrival. The room we were able to get was very clean and worked out okay, but this was a disappointment having planned in advance. Still very happy overall and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed there multiple times. This is one of our stopping points on our way to and then from Florida. Always friendly, super clean and comfy. If we make the trip again,this is where we will stay.

The only issue we had was with the room heater.....it was load and would wake us up when it turned on.

The telephone in the room hadn't been cleaned before my stay. I picked up the receiver and it looked like something was spilled on the receiver and phone. It was all over the buttons of the phone. It was hard to miss. Fit and finish in the room and bathroom was not good. The toilet was loose from the floor. The tub spout was a 1/4 to 3/8s of an inch away from the wall, allowing water to go inside the wall when showering. I tried to adjust the shower head and a piece fell off. I put the piece back on and attempted to adjust the shower head again and it wouldn't move at all. The light fixture on the wall between the 2 beds was loose from the wall.

It was great. Just a quick overnight but very comfortable

Property was clean and buffet breakfast was good . Only negative the pool was closed Sunday

It's a perfect place if you're traveling and you, you're tired and you're a quick stop because it's right off the highway very clean staff was tremendous. I highly recommend it.

Booked this hotel because they had a pool and hot tub. When we checked it there was a sign saying pool closed under renovation. Had i know this i would have booked elsewear. Staff was rude. Had free breakfast but there was no sign saying times and the staff did not inform us of the times for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. And was allowed to check in at 2:30pm. Minimal parking.

Rooms were clean and very nice and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay! Also, found great price on gas down RT20 and had dinner at Cracker Barrel..
