The pool and gym were definitely the highlight of the hotel for someone not interested in gambling. Definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms were very comfortable, bed especially. Great cafe for simple eating and appetites and more upscale for sophisticated palates. Casino was pretty loose making gaming fun providing one can quit once ahead. Biggest negative is the SMOKING. PLEASE - provide an outside area for smokers, it's unhealthy on so many levels. ashes, burn marks, etc just make more work for the cleaning crew. for those wearing masks; it does nothing to help filter out the carcinogens exhaled including germs or viruses expelled into the air from those constantly coughing from their own smoke. help the environment; ban smoking in casinos.

A lot of good music in the hotel. The spa made a error on our request for our same two spa technicians. I was not happy at how they went about trying to correct the mistake.

One of the best hotels I have visited in recent years, the complete staff is super friendly, I have no complaints about anything, except the casino that the best area everyone smokes and it was unbearable, but there is a non-smoking play area, but it was always closed.

It was a nice hotel. The room was amazing. The food in the restaurant was great. The smoking in the casino was a little too much but the non-smoking casino on the lower level was great. The only issue we had was at checkout. We were considering staying an extra night but the agent behind the desk couldn't tell us if there were any rooms available because I booked through hotels.com. She wasn't very friendly about letting us know that either.
