Our room was not cleaned. We told staff twice and it still wasn’t done. We contacted staff again at 5.30pm to be told housekeeping had gone home and all they cd do was give us some new towels and send someone to make the bed. There was no ownership of the oversight. The communal areas are a bit shabby.

Thought a little expensive for the parking! I understand keeping beach parkers out but guests don’t really have a choice in an urban area.

Beautiful hotel, delicious evening meal and breakfast. We had a small issue in that our bathroom door kept locking from the outside which was a little frustrating however maintenance responded to this quickly on each occasion. Great location and gorgeous view of the sunset from across the road.

Very great place to stay comfortable and quiet! Easy check in and perfect for a beach get away.

I have stayed here twice, I would definitely stay again. I just feel like our room wasn’t very clean, the pool and spa were dirty, didn’t really talk to one staff person. But it is convenient and it’s close to the beach. FYI you do have to drive to park for the beach. It’s a little bit of a walk.

I stayed twice before as a solo traveller in winter and spring and had been quite happy with my stay. This time round I came with my children and had a double queen bed room. I wasn’t overly happy with my stay. It felt quite difficult and not comfortable. The staff is lovely and very helpful, no problem there. But the room didn’t feel comfortable. I couldn’t get the shower to work in the first room and the tap came off, so we were changed to an identical room where the shower was just as tricky. It’s either too hot water (not nice after a day at the beach and slightly burnt skin!) or cold, and there is no pressure. The bathrooms were very large but awkward to use, tiny space around the sink and nowhere to put towels down. The second room had no full length mirror, minor detail but what hotel room does not have a full length mirror? Beds overall weren’t very comfortable and the bedding was not nice. Kids enjoyed playing ping pong on the garden but the pool was not good, it looks lovely from afar and the little lights at night look lovely but it’s very shallow (boring for a 10 and 13 year old!) so we didn’t use it at all. The daily 27 dollar charge for parking is an additional fee to factor in, though many hotels in the area do charge a fee for parking too. The hotel itself has a nice feel but I didn’t feel the room was worth the money and while I’ve stayed before, I’ll now hesitate staying again. I think some rooms need to be checked and given a little upgrade.

Everything was clean and tidy. My room was comfortable and as described. Parking was extra, but was easy to get to and there was plenty.

I would not recommend staying here if the hotel cannot honor an upper level room for you. The walls are paper, thin, and you can hear every single step of the people above you. It was a horrible stay for us as a family of five, the people above us, despite having requested an other room, let their children run around the room and jump off the bed until midnight at night and starting at 6 AM. It was unbearable.

Close to the beach and Legoland. Shower heads and water pressure were poor. Flat pillows and found a pill on the ground. It was ibuprofen but I have kids. I’m not sure how it was missed by vacuuming or sweeping.

What a great discovery this was!! Super close to the beach and access to the highway but far enough to not hear a beep. The place is impeccable, the restaurant is really good and the best part was the staff which were always helpful, great attitude and hospitality! We stayed there 1 week and it was perfect!
