Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown

Check in was a breeze and the desk attendant was very helpful. We enjoy 8UP for pre show dinner and drinks. If planning a night out at Mercury Ballroom or Louisville Palace; it is very convenient and affordable.

Friendly staff

Very expensive parking. Restaurant was very limited menu. Things on the menu were not available. Did not even have mayonnaise! Service in restaurant was very average.

Great location to the 4th Street Live area! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great value for hotels in this area!

Nice rooms and restaurant

The staff was awesome

It was all very nice. The staff was pleasant. The shower was nice. The beds comfortable. The only problem we had was our bar code wouldn't work to get out of the parking garage, so we ended up paying twice

The elevator in the parking garage was out or order. So we had to walk 4 flights of stairs.

The hotel is located close to everything . The hotel is really nice on the outside. The room was nice but the furniture and shower was outdated. The bed was hard. The room was big. We brought our dog wich they put us at the end of a hall which was good overall nice hotel.for the price

There was a fire in a trash can. The fire department had to be called. The situation was handled in a quick and timely manner.

Perfect location

It was very safe and convenient. The night check in staff was not very welcoming but everyone else was nice

The hotel was really nice. The staff was all exceptional. We had a problem with the 4th floor where our rooms where smelling of smoke from the wood burning fire pizza oven on the 8th floor. The hallway and the rooms smelled of this smoke. We couldn't be moved due to hotel mostly full. The front desk did try to make it a better situation with providing a complementary breakfast for all four of us. When I got home my clothes in my suitcase even smelled of the smoke. You could tell it was a wood burning smoke smell like a fire pit. They did say at the front desk they where checking into it and would correct in the future. A few customers the week before had the same complaint. It could have been due to the damp weather outside just not sure on that though. On a good note the pizza from that oven in the restaurant was wonderful.
