The staff was friendly professional helpful loved the pool and hot tub the rooms were nice and clean good size loved the breakfast buffet the options were good and onlettes were delicious staff was nice

The most expensive dilapidated hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are run down (peeling paint in bathroom, bathroom door doesnt lock, cabinets dont close, safe doesnt work, coffee machine in room with only tea and decaf, beds are extremely lumpy, no room service even though room literature says it does).

I asked for quiet room during check in. Instead we had a room over very noisy patio area. We could't fall asleep till 1am due to noise from drunk and loud crowd.Staff did nothing to correct the situation.

Great stay. Only issue is that I believe I left something in my room and called after my stay to inquire if they had it. it was very difficult reaching someone at the hotel that could check to see if the staff found it. It was a credit card, and I still haven't been able to reach anyone after 2 days.

This hotel is amazing! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Our room was immaculate, well organized, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable except for the pillows but usually I bring my own so that was not a big deal for me. The TV has DisneyPlus and Netflix which was GREAT since we have accounts and had our kids with us. I would recommend this hotel. 10/10
