Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt

My stay was so that I could propose to my now fiancé. The incredible gentleman at the front desk waited for us to leave then decorated our room with 1 banner of mine and he added another 4 of his own. My fiancé was blown away when she saw the room and what he had done for us. Besides that, the entire property was spotless, very upscale and professional. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back for our next Nashville adventure!

the valet parking system in place is extremely inconvenient and does not provide a good customer experience. The reliance on a smart phone app, with no other option to request a vehicle is very frustrating. I recommend not using a middle school student to design your next parking system process.

Very friendly front desk staff and very accommodating

Everything was fine with the hotel. I didn’t have any complaints until I went to go leave. Check out time wasn’t until 11 o’clock.Room service saw I was walking out with our bags before 10. they went in the room and cleaned while I was eating breakfast and when I came back, the room was clean. and they had also cleaned out the refrigerator with all the contents that I was coming back to get when I asked room service about it. She said all the house workers had already had it and that I couldn’t get it back.

Great hotel in a good location. 30 minute walk to the main part of Broadway. Some great bars around the corner in midtown as well. Would definitely stay here again

Love the safe secured garage, very clean room, quiet, comfty bed. Love the early check in option with extra $50 charge, worth the early check in for convenient of parking garage in safe place and walk 20 minutes to downtown for sight seeing and shopping.

Sheets and bed spread was dirty, food or other stains on the bed sheets and comforter. When I reported the conditions of the bed it took more than an hour to get it resolved. I could not watch much tv because it couldn't connect to the wifi.

If I could give this place zero stars I would this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at first of all they represented that they had a dog area and they don’t. That was the only reason I booked this hotel because I wanted a little doggy place to walk my dog Plus the rooms are carpeted who has carpet in a room with dogs in a hotel. It was right on the street and sirens were going off all night long. I couldn’t believe it. The room was dirty.The were lighting was terrible. And to top it all off, they charged me three times for two rooms!!! so now after all the inconvenience, I’m inconvenience more because I have to dispute why they’re charging me three separate times but I only booked two rooms

Musty smell in room and no one ever came to clean the room or replace towels during our stay

Don't actually have a hot tub. Should probably scrub that from your pictures. All breakfast must be paid for. Man at the front desk was great, AND he knew how to accessorize.
