Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central. The view of Times Square was lovely and it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and broadway shows! Had a nice time eating at Paul’s restaurant, and the staff was so nice they helped me navigate the metro and get to other parts of New York as I wanted. The room phone didn’t work when I arrived and the toilet handle made the toilet run constantly if you didn’t correct it when u arrived to the room. However when I reported the issues they sent a maintenance to fix both issues right away. They were extremely responsive to the issues. The only other issue I had was the shower hot water not always getting and staying hot enough. Sometimes I had to wait for the water to warm up so I could finish showering. The hotel held my bags for me while I explored the city for a few final hours after check out and that was a really nice perk as well. Not all hotels do that or have that service. They will do the same if you arrive early and your room isn’t ready. Overall I think the hotel did a good job! They came and redid the bed and towels each day of my stay as well. I appreciated that too!

Very Good for the big city. Hotel was right in the heart of the theater district and we didn’t have to worry about transportation to or from the theater… an easy walk. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming. I would recommend this spot.

Great location and every member of staff were polite and welcoming I would highly recommend this hotel I am quite familiar with NY however if you are not familiar with NY or finding your way around this hotel is perfect for all
