Clean, quiet for the most part, good location to freeway and businesses, but not a comfortable beds.

The property is old and remodeled. The shower in the room was not sparkly clean - evidence from prior guests which is not par with other HGI properties I have stayed at

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Beaverton and overall, my experience was great! The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area which made it perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and when we arrived, our room was clean, well-kept, and stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. As much as I’d love to give it a perfect 5 stars, there were two issues that stood out. On our second night, some of the ceiling stucco unexpectedly fell onto the floor while we were getting ready for bed. Thankfully, no one was hurt—especially my baby—but it was concerning. In addition, during our stay we didn’t receive housekeeping service, so we weren’t provided fresh towels or a light refresh of the room. Aside from those things, the hotel itself was comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely consider staying again. With a little attention to maintenance and consistency in housekeeping, this would easily be a 5-star stay!

Staff is so accommodating (Jade, Kate, Nick, Jennifer, Christian... just a few) the accommodations and amenities are nice , but she needs some attention. Side secured access door does not lock. Card reader functions, hardware mechanism doesn't latch/lock. Very important, false sense of security

Our first time staying at a Hilton, it was very nice. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the morning breakfast lady & the morning lady at the front desk, they were in our opinion not friendly at all. All in all, we will stay there again. Thank you

This is a clean place. Bed was comfortable!

The hotel and staff were great with the exception being that the power went out early in the morning and it was so incredibly hot the weekend we were there. Our room became very warm and stuffy very quickly and no one seemed to have any info or updates on when the power would be back. We were in town for a sports tournament so it was tough bc we were hoping to escape the heat and sun in our rooms. We also ended up not being able to do the breakfast because if the outage. Once it was fixed, everything was great. I know things happened but More communication would have been appreciated.

No pool! Housekeeping every other day! Come on covid has ended!!
