Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park

I didn’t not like the showers and that all the ice machines were down. For that much money id expect to have a decent amount of water hitting my body in the shower.

It was very convenient to public transit as well as the rowing venue which was the reason we were there. It is a place you'd expect breakfast to be included but there wasn't anything added/special, just a good location and friendly staff. It's also a short drive to many other great small towns.

We enjoyed the pool but it wasn't heated

Cleanliness was great. Staff was very attentive, ice machines were down, but they quickly responded and gave us plenty of ice. Location was great and proximity to everything. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was good too. Staff was attentive to refill things when they were empty.

Could not get ice on any floor of hotel. All of the ice machines were broken. Would like to have safes in the rooms.

The propery was clean and well kept. Really good stay for the most part. Ice machine on the 4th floor wasnt working, no complaints about that it happens.

Bathroom was dirty … no food options around ..decent stay

Hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent. But we were extremely disappointed, as we made this an extended stay for my birthday and Easter weekend and I did a lot of research trying to find a hotel with a hot tub for our four nights stay. My husband is an amputee and was scheduled to have a surgical procedure and we postponed it just so he could sit in the hot tub over the weekend. Extremely disappointed when we got there to find out that we paid extra for a hotel that had a hot tub and yet the hot tub was not working. In fact, they indicated that it is likely not being repaired. That’s something that we should’ve been notified of. Other than that, the continental breakfast was not included. It was something you had to pay extra for and none of the ice machines on any of the floors were in operating order so you had to bother the front desk staff every time you want an ice which was a bummer but not a huge deal. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure wasn’t great, but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The staff upon check in was friendly. The hot tub was closed which was disappointing

No hot water where is my 200 dollar deposit the room was 651 gave a 200 dollar deposit room was left great

Great staff. It was nice having the option of the breakfast buffet especially since we were up early. Clean, quiet

We stayed for one night there was no hot water to shower with in the morning before we left. We were told that the engineer was at the roof top to fox the problem it was never fixed.

This place was a hot mess. We literally lost hot water today and had nothing but cold water all throughout the hotel. Both myself and a few other guests also complained. This place was a disaster. The people in the room next to me singing through the night (1:30am) I can literally hear them in my room. What else can I say?

Did not have any hot water in the morning.
