The room was very clean and convenient to where we wanted to be. The first night wasn't as quiet because someone's dog kept barking. It finally settled and the rest of the night and the second night were quiet. We would stay there again.

For a Hilton and the price we paid for our room the accommodations were very disappointing. The pillows in our room reaked. When I asked the front desk to replace them the next day at 7:00 am nothing was done. When I complained to the front desk again in the afternoon they said housekeeping had left for the day. They did eventually get someone to clean the room and replace the pillow but not without discussion.
The bathroom floor was so slippery it wasn’t safe. I don’t plan to stay at another Hilton garden inn.

I had a four night stay and the room was not cleaned. I finally aaked for room service and the response from the front desk was "We are short staffed." I had to put the trash and dirty towels in the hallway. I finally got some clean towels after complaining on the Hilton Honors app. It's a lovely area to stay but very disappointing service. Breakfast is not included, the fitness center miniature, and the pool not cleaned properly.

My stay was not comfortable at all. The guests in the room above me made noise all night and during the early morning hours. It sounded like someone was wrestling or moving furniture above us. We reported it to the front desk, but it continued, so we didn't sleep well at all.

I stayed at the Wrightsville Beach location for 4 days. I let the attendant know that we were making two seperate payments for two days each. When we checked out we were told that one payment showed a no show and the other 3days. I had my receipt but they still made us wait another 40 minutes waiting for a manager for mistakes that they made. They only corrected the matter when we called the 1-800 number.
