Easy, quick check in. You have to park in the back & check in to get your parking card, then park in the garage across the street.

The staff were lovely. This my second time going to this hotel. I love that the hotel has a restaurant attached. Its so convenient for me especially walking from the station. The breakfast food was good to me.

It was a quickly stay. And the service was very good. However the early check in rate is expensive

Great Property overall, Lady in the front desk tends to profile guest and give them a little bit of a hard time. Every other staff was great though amazing even.

Average hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful enough but my room was small and dated.

Had everything we needed and walking distance to the Palladium (right across the street!). However, I had to clean the bathroom sink myself before using it, I understand it gets super busy in housekeeping. Could have used more attention to detail. Overall a great stay.

The Hilton Garden was chosen for my son's graduation. It was close to the center and we could walk. The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The wait staff at breakfast were nothing but wonderful.

Was there 2 1/2 days. Had to call the front desk mulitple times daily because the toilet wouldn't flush or would overflow. One of the times they "fixed" it I came back to find the towel I had put on the floor to try to keep the water from spreading out of the bathroom into the rest of the room still on the floor. They didn't offer to move me to a different room. They did offer to comp any water bottles I consumed from my room and are supposedly going to give me some hilton points but I will think twice before staying here again. It was extremely convenient to the convention I was atttending and overall the staff was polite and friendly but that doesn't make up for having to come down and use the bathroom in the lobby when I needed to go to the bathroom or the fact that I don't believe they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom floor each time it overflowed.

The hotel turned pet friendly, smelled like dog, there was a man with a dog right by the coffee station. The room had black mold on the shower curtain li er, not enough towels & was only serviced every other day. Worst of all we were charged $700 for 2 nights. Awful!

Right next to the DCU so perfect for graduation ! Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, breakfast buffet is just so-so. If your room is on street side (facing parking garage) prepare for lots of road noise!

There is no on-site parking, parking is across the street in a not great area so any women traveling alone having to walk to and front from the old run-down parking garage is dangerous. The hotel is older, could some use upgrading but the room and bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Unfriendly reception upon entering. Couldn't link my Hilton Honor points to my account. Got to room, sheets were stained, water pressure in shower was poor.

The staff was so great I was staying due to the proximity to the hospital. My father’s surgery ran longer and the staff was more than accommodating on assisting me with a later check out. The night before the surgery I checked in used the hot tub and enjoyed the UNOs attached to the building. I used the onsite fitness center which was very clean I found the common area bathroom was also extremely clean. All around this was a great experience while not staying for a not so great situation.
