Hilton St Louis Airport

Close to the airport was nice. Pay parking overnight was unpleasant.

Staff were really great and the dining and food was also great, but we had a lot of luggage and had to lug it from a far distance at the rear parking through the back entrance due to construction. They could have explained that when we checked in, so we may have unloaded our baggage right away.

General condition in the bathroom is very poor shower did not drain properly countertop or sunken faucet attached

This was a great stay. People were super friendly and helpful The lobby and restaurant were very very nice. Try the salmon at the restaurant - so good! The young man driving the airport shuttle was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel - they should promote him! The area around the hotel was okay but really you only need the hotel and parking was easy. A Hampton Inn is being added in the same parking area so there is some construction but no inconvenience. The rooms could use some updating but everything was really clean.

The hotel was clean and nice. The front desk was friendly but the woman at the desk spoke so fast like she had to say the same thing all day she just sounded like she was speeding through it to get us checked in and there was no one else waiting to check in. The room was nice but it would be nice to have more than one small trash can in the bathroom. Also could not get the guide to work on the remote and there was no channel list we asked the desk and they did not offer any assistance. They said some of the remotes just don't work correctly. The breakfast was very good. Probably wont stay at that hotel again.

Nice room, but it's very hard to get help or a friendly smile at reception. Also, construction is still ongoing, so a bit unsightly.

Active construction site. At check-in counter person seemed moody. Gym was excellent. Great to have dumbbells up to 75 pounds. Room was excellent. Hot water was on demand, shower pressure was excellent, everything worked. Mold on shower ceiling. Room temperature was comfortable. Stains on wallpaper. Coffee service in lobby was excellent. Shuttle to airport was perfect.

For now the property is a bit dated and worn. A new addition is under construction as is the lobby. I imagine the rest of the facility will be remodeled/updated. Super convenient to STL.

I have stayed here a number of times. Always a pleasure.
