Holiday Inn & Suites BOCA RATON - NORTH, an IHG Hotel

Clean, nice sized room , friendly service for a very reasonable price

My room flooded with water from a leak in the ceiling. Nathan at the front desk was very rude. The room they moved me to was missing one TV and smelled of mold.

Well a fairly decent stay for the most part. Bed was super comfortable but the room was dated. You probably wouldn’t want to have company over if you know what I mean. Despite that I guess it was ok for the price but wouldn’t hurry back.

It was quiet and private. Staff was very nice.

We arrived to the property after midnight and the staff was very accommodatingto our late arrival.. Upon entering our room, we did notice a musty smell, but we were so exhausted that we just went to sleep. We woke up to a very cold room and discovered that the heater in the room did not work. We turn it all the way up to 78 still no heat. The mattress was extremely old and very uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay through Saturday night but with very limited sleep and no resolve, we opted to leave and check in at a different property to rest and be sharp for our Saturday plans. We tried to talk to management to get a refund, but they were not present. We still have not heard from them to get a refund for the poor accommodation.

Terrible hotel!!! The room smelled like urine and musty. We canceled, left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. Not worth the money.

I booked 2 rooms for my family to attend a wedding unfortunately i got sick and was not with them however the names were under my husband for 1 room and my daughter for the second room. Upon arrival, first they were being told there was no reservation ( my card was charged and i had confirmation numbers) then they told them they only had 1 room, finally aftr after a furtrating long wait they found the reservation. My husband is an IGH member and asked if they can look up and enter his reward number, she said she could NOT and charged them $30 per room for an early (2hours) ( IGH member gets a discounted charge) checkin so they can get ready for the wedding. They are both still waiting to make sure their $50 hold on their cards are dropped.

Decent room. No extra pillow or blankets. Service was fantastic. Bfast was great too.

Property was dirty, first room they gave me had horrible smell, second room was falling apart.

We eventually left this hotel and hotels.com issued us a refund. The first room we were put in had a horrible musty smell and the second smelt like marijuana and had multiple bugs crawling in it. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating but it seemed like he had been through it many times before.

Not very clean

The bathroom in the room is terrible. Clogging constantly. These rooms are advertised for 5-6 people. This toilet clogs so easily and takes forever for the tank to fill up. Can hear every little sound through the wall. Pull out couch was gross, but we have 5 in our family so no choice but to use it. Definately won’t be staying again.

The pool looked nice. But the quality of everything else on the property was poor.The rooms smelled damp and musty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nathan at check in was great. Stayed here many times. Good restaurant, clean pool, and safe location. Clean!

Pool noise very loud until 11pm, rug in bedroom seriously old and worn. Security door ripped to allow a gand to reach in and unlock

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated
