Accommodations were just what I needed. Clean & comfortable. The sheets are very nice…smooth and soft. The room is a little noisy, but I brought my white noise machine, so no problem. Staff was great! Kenny provided excellent wait service for breakfast.

The hotel is old and a little worn. But it's clean and very comfortable.
The check in and check out were quick and super easy. The staff were absolutely lovely.
I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

There were suspicious looking hairs on the ceiling (!?) of the bathroom. Hot water was not consistent. Overall not very clean. Bad plumbing.

At arrival our prepaid non refundable rooms did not exist. They trued to down grade us twice. But we held our ground and finally after an hour or more for our room ready. Clean and comfortable bed but hotel is older. Lots of scuffs and stains. But Celia. Rough. Walks to metro. Gym nice.

A bit dated. Some peeling wallpaper but CLEAN so it was fine for us. 3 blocks from the metro so that was AWESOME but when on hold on the phone they advertised free shuttle service. Ummm nope didnt have that. On check out day, they knocked on the door 3 times waking us...ALL before noon which is check out time. Would stay again though because of the location to metro and it was clean

The hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to visit DC. Staff is very friendly, parking is easy, walk to the Metro is less than 10 minutes. Beds were very comfortable just rooms are a little dated.

Super disappointed.
1) no vending machines. Check in guy has goodie bags of water for check in, never gave us any. Front desk unfriendly all together
2) COLD COLD COLD low pressure water. I even tried to flush the toilet to warm the water. Ice cold.
3)kindve not totally hotels fault but if you’re looking for a guaranteed good night sleep this isn’t the place. Walls are so thin. Neighbors were up talking loud at 5 am.

The hotel is run down, the elevator had better days. Our room had a big red stain in the carpet that looked like blood. My sheets had also crusted stain of something, not pleasant. Breakfast is not included and is expensive. Rooms are outdated. That being said, the lady at the reception was very friendly and the servers for breakfast were ok.
