The staff was extraordinary friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good!

My camera was missing when I looked today. The front needed cleaning due to trash. But other than that I’m good. I just hate my camera was missing.

The bathroom had a hint of odor but that was the only issue I encountered.

Older hotel newly updated. Fresh paint, fresh towels and linens. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall a good value for a short trip.

Great and clean hotel

We are on our way to Tennessee and this was our halfway point. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The pool was out of order the entire stay. We chose this property because of the remodeling and indoor pool. The elevator and 2nd floor (where we stayed) smelled of marijuana for half the stay. I'm pretty sure it was from the room across from us. At one point the occupants of that room were yelling and physically assaulting each other in the hallway right in front of our room. It was so bad the police came to the hotel. I spoke to the front desk at least 4 times about the issues. I was only every told the manager was not on property. I left my phone number for management, but was never contacted. I finally spoke with management at checkout and was told his front desk employees never gave him my information or reported the issues. The manager said I should have checked out of the hotel. He also admitted he had about 45 other complaints from the same time period.

Pool closed. Front desk people smelled like BO. Ice machine did not work.

Breakfast was ok. Rooms were a little run down. A lot of stains throughout room.

The room was clean and no issues, however the pool is down and there was no mention of that on the website or at check-in so that was a bit disheartening. Otherwise I would book again.

The room given to me was occupied. How does that happen? Then, upon giving me a new room, the key didn’t work. After supposedly fixing the key, sent me upstairs with a staff member to unlock the door with a master key if mine still didn’t work. How would that solve my nonworking key to get back in? Questioned me twice about the occupied room as if I was the cause of the problem. They eventually resolved things, but very offputting.
