Nice quiet stay. Bed was super comfortable. Checkin and checkout was fast. Good stay.

Reasonably priced, convenient to downtown Columbus, and complementary breakfast. No smart tv in rooms, so couldn’t logon to Netflix or Amazon prime etc, but the room was clean and comfortable.

I recommend this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The woman who serves breakfast does an excellent job of keeping things stocked, and she keeps it all so clean. It was a good breakfast selection. The only downside was that they were under some renovations. Our room seemed to be done, maybe they were still working on others. Anyway, the back parking lot had storage pods, discarded toilets, and other materials all over so that no one could park in the back. Parking was a challenge. Also, the view out our window was a bunch of discarded toilets. When construction is done, all should be excellent.

Very clean. The room we stayed in was recently renovated; nicely done. Front desk: Tammy, Rukhsana, and Huna (from food services), were ALL exceptionally courteous and accommodating. A gentleman, whose name I don't recall, promptly addressed a bathroom issue in Rm #205. We have no complaints.

Charged over booking price on room and security deposit and did not receive deposit back despite the room being in the same condition it was in when I arrived. There was no warning ahead of time that there was construction going on in the hotel and that pounding would begin at 8am and last all day. The service was horrible, the stay was horrible, and overcharged by over $100.

I gave the property a good review, but, I'm sure they're on their way to excellent. The property is going through some extensive remodeling and updating. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, and everything was excellent. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite to eat, but if you want something more extensive you'll need to do a little driving.

When I originally called the hotel for a reservation, i wanted to know if they had a jacuzzi in with their pool area. They stated it was in a private area not by their pool. They did not make it clear that u had to pay for a room with a private jacuzzi. The representative at the local number in groveport wanted to quote me a price a much higher pri because of the holiday. When i told him He said he could not match or guarantee that price. So, I told him i would call back, but instead booked my reservation through hotels.com and got a cheaper rate with continental breakfast included. Your hotel is losing money when u cannot match these prices. The hotel was rather empty and also so upcharging because u have less than half accomodations over a holiday is not good business either. While the staff were very pleasant and accomodating, the hotel is old and needs updates. The phone didn't work. The cabinets in the room and dressers have worn wood. The lamps by the bed side are at least 20 yrs old. The beds, linens and room was clean and accomodating, but certainly would not have paid the higher price i was quoted.I expect some luxury at higher prices! It was very basic. Especially since the phone and clock in the room were not working. The breakfast was good. In the future do your homework and check around before booking.

Great breakfast Clean hotel Friendly staff

When we booked this hotel, NOWHERE on the Hotels.com site did it say this hotel was being renovated. When we pulled up to the hotel, we thought it was condemned or abandoned because there were boarded up windows, and missing trim around the windows that were not boarded up. We tried to enter the building to see if it was open and the night manager was trying to put a mirror in her car and we had to wait 10 minutes while we watched her try to fit this mirror into her car. She finally gave up and unlocked the entrance door and entered the lobby and finally checked us in. We had a long 12 hour drive and was woken up at 6 am with fire alarms going off. It was a false alarm from the construction. Then we were woken up again at 8 am to the constant pounding and construction noise from the room above us and below us. We called down to the front desk to complain but their response was that it was on Hotels.com web site that they were under renovations, which it isn’t. We later went down to speak with Uma, the owner, we believe and she only offered to move us to a different room. That wasn’t going to help, because they were not renovating a certain floor or hall. It was willy nilly renovations, a room here or there. We couldn’t escape the noise. Uma wasn’t very nice to us when we brought it up to her again that nowhere on Hotels.com website was it listed under renovation, but she kept insisting it was. She was rude and didn’t care about our inconvenience. Terrible stay.

When looking for a hotel I searched pet friendly hotels and it was one that came up, we arrived at the property in Ohio which we live in Texas and walked in carrying our chihuahua and the lady at the desk checked us in with no problem and didn’t say anything about us having our dog with us, the next day we get an email from American Express letting us know that our card had been charged an additional 150$ from the hotel so I called to ask what the charge was for and she said it was a fee for the dog and that the dog could not come back to the hotel and that they don’t allow pets, again we live in Texas and are in Ohio so I can’t leave my dog somewhere! So we went to the hotel and they had locked us out of rooms with all our stuff inside and had to go to the desk to get them to unlock the door to get our things, she first said she got in trouble by her manager for letting us stay with the dog and then tried to change the story saying the manager saw us taking the dog in the back door which would be impossible considering we didn’t have a key and all doors are key entry, thankfully I called American Express and they handled everything and got everything refunded back to us, I’d recommend sleeping in your car rather than staying at this hotel!
