Very clean

We really appreciated having a mobility enhanced room and will most likely stay there again. Lots of water collected outside of the mobility shower because of the short curtain. The entire floor around the shower also got wet due to condensation creating a fall risk for my disabled boyfriend. Perhaps the company could get some recommendations on further enhancing the safety of the shower area.

Great stay! Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. It’s a no frills hotel. Fridge, TV, Keurig, Bed, sofa. Could use a chair, but that’s preferential so no knock against them. Going to stay again when I’m back in town.

A newer hotel & in a very good shopping area. You can walk across the street & have a great shopping experience!

Close to major highway

Overall we were pleased. Items that need improvement: Need better pillows, no support for side sleepers. Shower doors need better cleaning. Chains on blinds are annoying...too close together and difficult to operate correct one. Staff and breakfast was great. IGH always a favorite.

I speak about this property from the standpoint of a disabled person. From my initial phone conversation with the property to check out, all I can say is Wow! My room was handicapped accessible with a wheel-in shower. I was traveling alone, so every detail was important. When housekeeping asked if I was alone, they discreetly moved the towels to the lower rack at wheelchair level. A thoughtful, smart move…. Without being asked. This is the type of service that was evident throughout the hotel during my 5 day stay. The buffet style breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. No powdered scrambled eggs in sight. Staff was observant but not overly solicitous. They saw what I was doing on my own, and what I clearly couldn’t. Then they stepped in. This type of service is very rare. Very clean & good breakfast

No hot tub?!? No breakfast staff?!?! Breakfast is why I stay at HIE.

The room is clean and appeared new. The receptionist is very accommodating. Staying for two days is good enough. Too many kids in the pool and the pool is not big.

Extremely noisy, stayed on 2nd floor, sounded like a daycare was above us, got woke up at 2:30am and 6:30am due to little kids running around on the 3rd floor and nobody seemed to notice. We had the opportunity to stay a few more nights at this place but chose to find another hotel due to the noise.

Great staff! Courtney who checked me in is amazing. I watched her help other staff with their jobs and do her job all with a smile and great attitude!

I always appreciate the friendly and efficient staff when I stay here. It was extra appreciated when they were able to accommodate my room request. If I could change one thing it would be breakfast starting at 6am rather than 6:30am during the week.
