Nice hotel, unfortunately no restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, beds were great. Our bathroom sink had to have the stopper removed or the sink never drained. The tv had a line down the center so half the screen was darker than the other half. Has a shuttle for airport transportation but new employer called us a Lyft to be picked up from the airport. Rather confusing when we get to the hotel & see the shuttle sitting there. Would've been nice if it could be used to go to a restaurant.

Everything was great. we only stayed one night but was very please with the accomodations. the open shower was a bit awkward and too close to the bathroom sink

We arrived and my husband and I and 6 other people had to wait an hour to get checked in because the hotel worker left their shift and didn't wait until the other shift person clocked in. After waiting and hour the key card system didn't work . We had to wait 15 minutes for the worker to fix the key card and then when we got to our room , the key still doesn't work. So we had to go back down to the lobby to fix it again. We finally got the fixed and then our room was next to the housekeeping door and we couldn't sleep because the house keeping keep going back and forth. Also we heard the toilet running . We couldn't flush the toilet for about 30 minutes before we could flush it. We talked to the manager they said they couldn't refund our money because it was through third party. The room was very noisy from people upstairs, the airplanes and highway cars. The restroom had no place to hang towels. Restroom needs attention as it was not clean with mold. The room smelled like cigarettes as did the hallway.

All good, very friendly and helpful staff. Arranged a FREE Lyft ride to the Airport because their shuttle service hadn't started yet. Pretty noisy when jets took off.

When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel oversold and they didn’t have any more rooms available. So we had to spend the night in the airport because of their inability to manage the property. Totally unacceptable.

Check in was a 40 minute wait and we were late to our event due to this. Front desk clerk stated the rooms had to be inspected, but several of us notice she was merely waiting on her relief (someone to take over) for a shift change maybe. This needs to be addressed.

Easy parking and helpful front desk personnel. Bathtub is very slippery and has no anti-slip mat. Elevator is slow. Good enough place to stay while on a tight budget, but not for more than 1-2 nights.

Our room was filled with cockroaches. We went out and returned to the room at night and they were just everywhere. From the bathroom , to room , to kitchen crawling all over the wall . Orbitz couldn’t get ahold of the manager to approve a refund although we paid at the Hotel. The Gm didn’t want to give us a refund just a free night stay with points. & our receipt had someone else’s card on it . Which we haven’t received the points or email like we were told we would . We also haven’t received our $50 deposit back . Maybe because that’s not our card on file . Not sure what’s going on , but we’ve never had issues like this before. The Gm was nice but still nothing was resolved. Would not stay here again or recommend, seems like they have a pest problem .
Our sheets were very dirty & room smelled like mold and dog!
