We could turn the air conditioner down and it actually kept the room cold. First time ever to have it work. Everything about the stay was top notch.

The check-in was easy and quick. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was top tier at this price point, and offered a variety of food, I had omelets the first morning and eggs, sausage, and country potatoes with gravy the second day. The room was spacious and very clean. There was construction/remodeling going on in the room below me, but I cannot ding the hotel for the noise, it's all part of renovation. Our floor must have been done first because everything looked brand new. The bathroom was also very large and the shower had good pressure. Overall, the experience was well above the price point in my opinion, coming from California where you can't even book a room at a crappy motel for less than $125.

Stayed on the newly refurbished top floor (3rd floor). Still had that “new smell” in the main hallway and in the room itself. Can’t comment on the other two floors, but the third floor experience was outstanding.

We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable and a great location. It was also nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The employees in charge of it do such a great job of keeping the breakfast area super clean and all of the food items stocked. I was really impressed with the breakfast compared to other hotels in the same price category.

We went not realizing it was being renovated. The workers made using the elevator a bit difficult, but it’s understandable. Our room’s bathroom lock was broken. Our room keys kept getting de-magnetized (no we did not have them near anything that would cause it), so we had multiple visits to the front desk to fix them during our stay. Breakfast was from 6-10am. We went down about 9am every morning. Items were often out of stock or old and crusty (potatoes and biscuits were pretty cold and crusty). The pool and hot tub area were very clean. The staff were friendly. This is a very meh hotel. Not great, not horrible. It served its purpose, a place for us to sleep and let the kids swim.
