Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast

Parking was small and tight other wise great clean hotel comfortable beds clean rooms didn’t get to experience the breakfast but that has a Starbucks inside and bar. Walmart was close by gas station too it was even walking distance to a club.

The doors had big gaps. Not good on sound. Could hear people talking in hallways and heavy feet above. Clean. Breakfast was better than most

Super clean

Stayed for Texas Tech graduation. Super friendly and helpful front desk. They had made 2 great photo-op stations; the lobby was all decked out for graduation. So fun. Rooms clean, quiet. Best mattress I’ve slept on in same price-range hotels…super comfortable. Would return again and highly recommend!

Convenient and safe one night stay. I was worried about checking in late based on all hotel reviews in the area not keeping reservations but I called ahead saying we’ll be late twice and it worked out fine.

Great place and friendly staff and a clean room

Staff at front desk was very welcoming Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Breakfast was OK. Pancake machine needs to be adjusted to cook pancakes a little more. Over all I was very pleased with my stay

Close and easy to get to airport

The room was on the top floor. Hence, the bathroom vent opened and closed with the wind--and was loud. Hence, I turned on the bathroom vent and closed the bathroom door to drown the sound.

Excellent stay. If you’re coming to visit TT this location was super convenient. About 14 min from airport, about 6 minutes from campus. Ample parking. Breakfast in morning was plentiful w a lot of variety; hot and cold, etc., and stocked the entire time. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful from the front desk to cleaning crew. Pool area was cleaned & stocked w towels. Plenty of seating and tables. Room was clean. Water temp and pressures in bathroom perfect. Had plenty of the soap and shampoos etc if you want to leave that behind (Dove brand). It was quiet. There are areas you’ll see if you never been here if little houses that have been left behind as the area upgraded and modernized but don’t let that fool you. I didn’t see any people causing troubles, etc. everything is like 5 minutes from this location: stores, restaurants, TT, gas, etc. highly recommend. Praise for the whole team esp the young lady keeping the breakfast line stocked and clean. There was a young male golf tournament going on when I was there and the place was stocked and cleaned despite the crowd. Would definitely stay here when I visit my student in the future.

The only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was the toilet rocked when you sat down. Everything was good. I happen to know Lubbock really well and the area of the hotel worried me a little. However, had no safety issues arise on this trip.
