Holiday Inn Express & Suites PIKEVILLE, an IHG Hotel

Very nice placeand people great breakfast and also cookies in the evening for the kiddos

For the cost of the room it couldve been nicer. Tub had rust in it. And just looked rough. Other parts of the hotel looked like it had been remodled but not the rooms. Overall it was ok.

Easy to get to and restaurant close by.

Very surprised about the options with the continental breakfast. Very tasty! Very clean hotel except the stairs could have used a vacuum. Most people use the elevator, which was clean. I was able to do a load of laundry and dry it for only $2.50. Room was very big and hotel has indoor pool. Staff was very attentive. It was a really pleasant stay.

we get a good treat from the staff, I love the stay, my room was clean, bathroom too, we arrived late so we couldn’t enjoy the pool , I hope next time we could get in the pool , the breakfast was so amazing, they got different things to eat and choice thank you so much to all the staff

Everything about the property is excellent except for the intersection and spproaching street.

Everything was acceptable, except for the traffic noise, as my room was next to the highway.

We chose this hotel because our daughter’s team stayed here during a competition. The hotel is very old ran down . The bathtub was rusting out and had body hair in it. The walls were cracked and had holes in them. The room door had a huge gap at the top in our second room . We specifically requested a top floor pet free and was given a bottom floor that had pets in it . The furniture was soiled and the walls were paper thin. The next morning we went down for breakfast just 30 minutes into the start of it and they were already out of most of the food . I would never stay here again.

The staff is thoughtful and responsive. The location is convenient for Pikeville, Breaks, and other nature-focused adventures.

If not for the plumbing tub not draining while showering ,it would have been a much better experience,the tub was also not level causing slipping and almost falling ,I had family in rooms that didn’t have this issue ,we stayed 1night for a funeral ,I’m happy I didn’t have to stay longer

We always love the breakfast at Holiday Inn Suites. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, smells nice, and bed is very comfortable. The window covers are great at blocking the light from the well lit parking lot. We recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we are in the area.

I stay here often and find it consistently good. Mary, at the front desk, is very welcoming and helpful.

I have traveled all across the country for my job. This stay as far as staff and customer service is beyond excellent! I would recommend an update as far as property. The entire staff from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast absolutely excellent!!!!

Mary, the night clerk deserves to be a manager. Our stay was so nice, convenient and she's wonderful.

The receptionist was wonderful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
