Everything was nice

Older hotel, beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent with many options. Hot tub was not working and pool room was very cold. Rooms were clean but older.

Excellent Area & services, as expected

Every nice the pool could be a little warmer but it was good overall

The room was very comfortable and safe.

Good breakfast open until 9:30am Clean and staff is friendly. Bed not good but they did let us change rooms after the first night of not sleeping good, the next 2 nights we stayed was very pleasant.

The room looked clean,the beds were comfortable,and the shower had plenty of hot water.The only complaint keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the smell of the room.It had a very moldy,musty smell.I dont know if it was the air conditioner or the carpet.I definitely would rather to see it not have carpet like other holiday inns ive stayed at.The smell was so unpleasant we really didnt like being there because of breathing it in.The room was also very damp,kind of like being in a basement.If they could solve the smell and dampness,and replace the carpet,I would of definitely given this hotel 5 stars.

I can be a hotel snob lol. This hotel was great. Clean! ( thats always a big thing for me), good location, easy to get in and out of, friendly staff. Affordable! The pool was big but crowded never . I think I have found my new hotel when I go to Branson!

Everything was great, but the elevators sounded like they needed attention

The room is very musty and humid. It has an old and damp feel and no one in my group can get comfortable. It has a mildew odor. I can’t pin it to the AC, leak, or bad ventilation, but the atmosphere is bad. It’s 2:45AM and I should be sleeping, but here I am leaving a review. Holiday Inn has always been my goto hotel chain any where in the country, but this has to be the worst I’ve been to. This is my first trip to Branson and the hotel part of the stay is off to a bad start. I’ll have to book somewhere else if I ever want to come back. What makes it worse is my kids (teenagers) complained more about it than us. Me and my wife had to fetch air freshener to make it bearable.

Quiet location

The customer service was excellent But the room was small and it had a bad musky milldew smell and everything felt damp like the bed sheets and towels and carpet.

The room was very musty and moldy smelling. Floor was very dirty and it smelled like they tried to cover with cheap air freshener.

The outside of the hotel was deceiving. It looks nice. We booked and it was so overpriced! But since it was tax free weekend it was busy in Branson so we booked. When we arrived we had the last room on the fifth floor #526. It was horrible! It felt clammy, was really small, we couldn’t even move around in the bathroom. The tv was a 32 inch and the paint had runs down the wall and slipped everywhere when painted last. I asked for a reduction in price and heard nothing back. When ya have to pay over $225 a night you expect it to be nice.
