Holiday Inn Express CHEEKTOWAGA NORTH EAST by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Have stayed here several times when in town. Rooms are clean and the hotel is close to a lot. Only complaint was we were on the second floor and the room above us was crazy loud. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Called the front desk but noise continued. Didn’t sleep very much. 😕

Very good breakfast and a good staffing

Good location. Close to stores. Short drive to hospital if you have an earlier procedure or need to be close to a relative that is admitted. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. I appreciate that shampoo, body wash, and body lotion is provided.

Place was clean and great location not too far from Highmark stadium. Little noisy because of the close proximity to the airport. Bot other than that I e of the nicer places we've stayed at while traveling to see the Buffalo Bills

Property was nice. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and retail shops close by. Staff was friendly, I will definitely stay again when in town.

There was MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE SHOWER, ON THE SHOWER FLOOR AND ON THE BATHROKM CEILING. BED WAS HARD AND FIRE ALRM WOKE US UP FOR FALSE ALARM.

The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Our room was very clean.

I have stayed here twice now. I like the convenience of having shopping and dining close by. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good and the food variety was nice

Clean and safe

My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights, but we had some troubles, especially with the cleanliness and noise. 1st, there was so much noise in the morning and very late at night, even after two o’clock, as if someone was walking around on the floor above. Also, the room was not clean—I found a dead mysterious bug on a face towel I left on a sink. The floor wasn’t cleaned well, nor was the air conditioner. It had mold. I have allergies to dust and mold, so I had to take allergy medicine. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is good, but other areas definitely need improvement.

We loved this hotel! It was a stop on a trip of multiple hotels, and it was our favorite!

It is about average for a Holiday Inn Express. Just a few things were enough negatives to cause me to speak up- which I did do at the front desk. Shower drain was cracked with piece broken off- could cause possible injury if not paying attention. Breakfast was adequate but not up to the usual standard for this level accommodations. Fruit was some apples and oranges that had were definitely past prime. I had to ask for yogurt- shelf was empty. There was a decent supply of the standards. Everything was clean and organized. We sat at a table with a wobble- usually not a big deal. Unfortunately, it was significant enough that when I went to stand up, and used it for support- it dipped fast enough for me to lose my balance and hit the floor hard. (Note- haven’t fallen in many years so not prone to that type of thing.). I was able to get up. Several customers checked to make sure I was okay but staff never asked- even when I mentioned that the table needed to be leveled and that I had fallen because of it. Next time- I will just get a room at the Hampton Inn which is located across the street.

Overall, it was an okay stay. A smile from the staff would go a long way. During check in and check out the staff did not smile. Pasaing the front desk at night or in the morning, they staff did not greet you, i said good morning or good night. Pros: i was able to check in 20min earlier and the parking lot had enough space for the hotel guests. McDonalds was in walking distances for a late night snack. Cons: i booked this hotel for the high reviews on breakfast- but i was disappointed. The staff watched the breakfast station like a hawk. On my last morning, the breakfast staff was very rude to a guest; telling the guest "you all keep breaking the severing tray - Do not pull it all the way. " What looks like a pepperoni slice was on the carpet in my room my entire stay (3 nights). The 2nd day the dirty towels were removed from my room but not replaced. When i called the front desk, they said you can come down and get clean towels. Housekeeping was very poor. The bathroom shower was very worn-out.

Great location, clean and up-to-date

Bel hôtel, propre et bien aménagé. La chambre est spacieuse, les lits assez grands. La douche a l’italienne très appréciable. Chambre bien insonorisée et petit déjeuner bien garni.
