The entire staff was excellent! They were very kind! My husband and I was traveling with our dog-son and every time we came through with him they gave him a treat that he loved! The Breakfast, every morning, was outstanding! Lots of options daily! I will definitely revisit this place! Thanks Staff!

Found this hotel last minute after our other location had some issues. Booking less then 24 hours in advance and the pricing was pretty reasonable. Good breakfast, great welcoming staff. We needed a few extra towels for our room and had them within minutes of requesting them. Staff was so friendly and helpful with finding good local places to eat

Staff are very nice and quick and patient when I hit a snafu with my payment. Very polite and helpful while I sorted it out. Free breakfast was great, lots of food and choices. Beds were big and fluffy as usual for Holiday Inn!

The staff was friendly and the room had a smell to it. I went out and bought air freshener and the fridge made noises and was loud had to keep the TV on the first night to combat the noises

The bathrooms were poorly cleaned, the shower curtains were worn and yellow, the bed sheets smelled of curry and spices, and the carpets were so dirty they didn't wash them. The cleaning was terrible.

Floor carpet was unclean and my daughter got asthma. I also felt itchy skin. I brought my hypoallergenic dog. Even if it’s pet friendly, they should clean rooms with care. We had a terrible experience.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The smell was atrocious. We only needed to stay just to sleep for a flight or I would have been out money and left. The pillows were so bad and smelly that you couldn’t even use them.

I had called and i was told i could walk the the falls..and i was surprised when i found out it was 10 minutes away in car my room smelled like smoke the hole time do to it being by front door lack of vending machines pool was down water took for ever to get hot for shower i am really disappointed

The exterior was unkempt as compared to the pictures displayed when booking. The front desk staff were pleasant. However, our room was not fully cleaned once we entered it. The toilet was so unsanitary, dried pee stains and poo splashes all over the toilet seat. It was an eyesore. Our fridge wasn't clean either. On day 2 of our stay, we were out almost all day and returned expecting our room to be cleaned but only the bin had been emptied, and a few towels replaced. The beds remained undone, bathroom unclean. Why enter the room at all if you wont clean it? The carpet in the corridors need a good vacuuming. The staff for morning breakfast were very nice and accommodating, however, too many houseflies!

Only issue was room service. Day one everything ok Day two, my family and I went out all day, came back around 11:30 pm so garbage wasn't taken out, bathroom wasn't clean, no clean towels, no toilet paper, bed sheets weren't changed. Have to go to service desk and ask for some supplies and personnel helped me and give me supplies that I needed. he left a message so room service can do their duties for next day. Day three went out at morning and see room service personnel by the hallway servicing other rooms and see that ours will be serviced too. so came back again at night and see that they only set the same sheets from day one , pillows were just stacked in a pyle like a wall and for our surprise a bottle of water was left under the blanket we were surprised, checked bathroom and didn't leave any shampoo and floor wasn't swept even carpet wasn't vaccumed small papers were on the carpet too. It was our first time staying on this hotel and probably will think if we will stayed again in a future time.

Found out via email less than a week before trip that pool would be closed. Too late to rebook elsewhere. Also, 3 night stay but no housekeeping at all? I understand sheets are not changed nightly most places anymore, but trash not emptied, no fresh towels. Keys deactivated at one point and had to have desk reprogram. Brrakfast well stocked and attendants friendly.
