WE were surprised to find this hotel so clean and so efficient. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and copious. I shall recommend this hotel to all my firends, and I'll stay here again when next I come.

Not worth compare to expensive price. We reached at 3:30 PM and had to wait more as room was not even ready despite prebooking. Lift was so crowded and space was not that much as expected. There was no signboard at the gate to recognise the hotel. Overall stay was not so good.

The a/c was not working for me the first two nights. I was sleeping in a very hot setting and the front desk was nice enough to call maintenance and have it checked out but the cold air kept going away till the last night where the air started feeling better. They couldn’t switch us because it was sold out so it was very hot for me and I couldn’t stay here anymore

Convenient spot. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, Walking distance to Time Square, Broadway and lots of restaurants.
Only drawback was only one elevator for 11 floors. Wait times were very long. If both elevators were in. Service I’d give it better rating.

Elevator was broke, long waits to get up or down, plus had to ride with trash bags as there was no service elevators. Tub was clogged. AC broke down. Breakfast was crowded, and no food was available maybe an hour before it was supposed to end.

Our stay was nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner. Maintenance came in twice to look at it. The second time we were there and staff was not very friendly. We decided not to call again but our room was very warm and not comfortable. We made do.

One elevator was out of order. The other was incredibly slow. We waited for 15 minutes to be able to take our luggage downstairs. Breakfast seating area was tiny given full occupancy. Overall not worth the cost of the stay.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. We stayed there for three nights. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. We didn’t ask for room service for the first couple of nights, and on the third morning at 11 a.m., we asked for clean towels but were told that they hadn’t arrived yet. There are two elevators in the hotel, but one of them was out of service during our entire stay. It took forever to wait for the elevator. It was doing construction on the outside and renovation inside during our stay.

It is a bit far if you want to walk to Times Square area with kids. It is better to take 50th subway station. But over all, it is great location especially to the piers to board in boats

Breakfast is insane. They had seriously up to 100 people in dining area. The food is in a really bad spot , hard to get it and many things were out everyday. We gave up on tht free breakfast,wasn't worse the hastle especially when much of the food was gone and not refilled.
