The stay was good, however our deposit hasn't been returned. I have followed up many times and still nothing. It has been almost a month since we have stayed.

The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing negative about the hotel was a pool area. It was very small and not very clean.

It was very nice stay. Breakfast was great and the location was only 6 min from the beach. We had a great time.

Very convenient to airport. After a bad experience at airport, provided a very relaxing and comfortable retreat.

Everything was fine except pancake machine wasn’t working for at least two of my days and no bacon available. Breakfast was same every day. Could change up menu. Staff was very nice and courteous. Always cleaning up.

We loved how close this hotel was to Sea World!! We arrived around midnight and at first it seemed like an iffy neighborhood, but in the daylight it is surrounded by local gyms and a little shopping center/ local restaurants. There are plenty of larger chain stores just down Sports Arena boulevard. The room was large and had all the amenities! Fridge/microwave/hair dryer/iron and iron board, closet space, desk, tv, lounge chair, super cold AC, and lots of fluffy pillows. The continental breakfast was amazing and staff also let me get some milk outside of breakfast hours for my toddler. I was super appreciative of that. There is always coffee 24/7 and snacks for purchase. Also-huge bonus-parking is free!!! BUT if you are afraid of tight spaces-use the extra parking on the north side of the hotel, not the under the hotel spots. All of them look like they are only fit for fiats. I would not trust myself or kiddos coming out of a car for that matter.

This property was well maintained and the rooms were fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly and did a great job keeping the property clean and inviting. We really enjoyed the free breakfast...great select each day and plenty to go around considering how busy the dinning area became.

overall this hotel served the purpose of our trip, literally 3 mins from Sea world and very close to other attractions we visited. Clean hotel, nice and friendly staff. Hot breakfast in the morning, clean and comfortable beds. however, it is not the hotel to stay and relax in, little rough area around, parking was tight if coming later at night, but lots of space if parking during the day.

One of the worst hotel stays in recent memory. From the misleading ad that stated two pools with an indoor and outdoor pool (there is only one outdoor pool) to pictures of the pool that are taken at a very deceptive angle to present it as a large pool - it’s only about 20 feet long the experience was a disaster. If we were staying longer we would move. The one pool was unusable the entire time due to foul filthy water that would likely get it shut down by a health inspector. The jacuzzi was also deceptively advertised. The actual size was for maybe 3 people. The parking spaces were sized for golf carts. If you do not have to stay at this hotel… Don’t.

Room nice but was booked into an ADA room. Breakfast solid. Parking cramped. Area is rough. Our 3rd floor window overlooked a junk yard it seemed. Not safe and surprisingly high reviews for such a sketchy area. We got what we paid for but overall disappointing. Pool and spa is also cramped.
