Clean hotel in walkable location to shopping

Overall, I rated it as average because it really depends on who you interact with and when you use the facilities. For example, when I used the swimming pool, it was cold, and the jacuzzi had some green stuff floating in the water, which seemed to be coming from the wall. Additionally, the standard room I stayed in was quite small and lacked a desk. The shower in my room also wasn’t hot enough. I would suggest not showering early in the morning or, instead, trying to shower during off-peak hours. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel much warmth from the front desk agents, at least not towards me. They seemed impatient answering my questions, had no eye contact, no smiles, and came off as a bit cold. On the other hand, the housekeepers were friendly! They greeted us whenever they saw us. Lastly, one more thing: the housekeepers start their rounds around 9:30 AM, so if you want housekeeping service, make sure to get up early.

Hotel room was too small no table and she to sit at

Guess I didn’t research this hotel enough. Rooms are unbelievably small. The pros...did have a view of the beach, early check in was allowed and they do offer a buffet breakfast. The absolute worse was air conditioner was positioned directly beside your bed and it loudly blew cold air on you all night. Not very restful! Parking was quite expensive too.

I like that it is located close to shopping, transportation and restaurants. The breakfast being included in the package was a plus and the breakfast was well balanced and delicious.

We had an amazing time here. Breakfast was way better than expected. Our view of the hotel was breathtaking - we were lucky to be high enough and to have a full ocean view. Easy access to the beach. We would come here again!!

Close to Waikiki

I like being off the main beach road. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the staff here went above and beyond We enjoyed our stay and hate to leave tomorrow

Rooms were very small and elevators took forever but besides that it was a great place to stay and would stay again

Great location! Friendly service…However if you book third party and are a rewards member of hotel… say goodbye to your points.

The property offers full breakfast included in the price. The activities are also great (pool, jet spa, outdoor games - miniature golf, bean toss, foos ball, and table tennis, exercise room and game room). The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller! It's as if the bathrooms were an afterthought! Housekeeping is not good! Parking is tight and not suitable for larger vehicles.

The property was a great value

The rooms are not as advertised! Very tight space and extremely small bathrooms! Only one person can fit in the bathroom at any given time (it's as if the bathroom was an afterthought)! Housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms during the stay (they only make the beds and provide clean towels)! Our room was not cleaned/sanitized by Housekeeping during our entire stay! I sanitized and cleaned on my own. There was no table or desk nor chair in the rooms and no space for them (again, not as advertised)!
