Holiday Inn LONG ISLAND - ISLIP ARPT EAST, an IHG Hotel

Great staff made stay wonderful.

Honestly this would have been a 5-star review, I just had an unlucky stay. The property was very clean, lobby, rooms, bathrooms, etc. My very first night the electric in my room went out. Staff was very responsive and switched my room immediately. The next morning I walked out the room to an overwhelming smell of weed and the person next door screaming and banging. Again, the staff heard my concerns and moved swiftly. Geo, the manager, gave me a call the night before check out and was apologetic though things were really beyond his control. He extended my stay at an amazing rate and was again extremely apologetic. I would stay here again, just hope for better luck next time.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Property looks like it has been renovated. Also like that the desk is open 24hrs a day.

Easy to check in and hotel room was clean. Unfortunately we had a room on the second floor and the guests staying in adjacent rooms were obnoxiously noisy and disruptive all night. Not a single member of the hotel staff did anything to quiet the noise.

Me and my husband always love to stay here. Lovely staff, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. 10/10.

This was a one night stay. The property and the room was modern and very clean. Love that there is a Keurig in the room. Dove products are also a plus. The staff was welcoming and the text message updates were appreciated. I would stay here again if needed. The area is quiet.

Room smelled a little funky but overall good experience

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Long Island-Islip Airport East for one evening while on a business trip. The hotel and room were clean and the staff was friendly. I had an enjoyable experience.

Beds were terrible restaurant was closed in the afternoon until 3pm and closed at night at 9 pm. Area around hotel felt very unsafe

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Hotel is conveniently located shopping restaurants. I was supposed to be here for two days. I ended up extending my trip additional four days.

Very good location right off of 495 plenty of stores for shopping or eating I was more than satisfied with the hotel that I also extended my stay an additional two days
