Holiday Inn TEWKSBURY-ANDOVER, an IHG Hotel

The service at the bar was very bad, the worst drink I've ever bought.

Great property but far from restaurants and shopping center.

Staff was great!

The bar, the buffet, the decorations, the room are very clean

Great Overnight Stay!

Our check in was fun!! We were welcomed by a fantastic host. We headed to the bar and was surprised to have delicious crafted cocktails. The beds ARE AMAZING! Enjoyed everything about our stay. Also should note they have a huge parking lot that is very important to us because we travel with a huge stacker race yrailer. Highly reccomend!!!

Always pleasant place to stay. Would highly recommend complimentary coffee in the l0bby. This would elevate hotel standing! I never eat breakfast and am on the run! Getting a coffee to go would be a huge perk for little on the company end! Otherwise, close to highway, close to restaurants. Clean overall. Parking good.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The elevator were concerning at times because of the noise it made, but honestly it was such a great stay. Will be going back next year!!

Reception staff service was not good.

Hotel was nice and in a good area fit to our needs. Room ventilation system needs to be cleaned, our 2 night stay triggered my allergies/my son's asthma. Overall it was bearable, as it is not in my nature to complain. We were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel other than refreshing the the vents. Staff was nice once approached, but not attentive. Customer Service needs more attention.

First of all I never write reviews and I’m not picky at all. There is only an entrance at the main door and directly behind it to the back side. This is a bigger building. There are stairs on each side but you can’t get in them only out. Second someone was able to come into our room while we were sleeping at 6am I’m assuming a guest because they were just as freaked out as us. Third the staff knocked at 8:30am to come clean the room, checkout is at 11, then the front desk called at 9 and asked if we had checked out? Told them no that we weren’t leaving until 11 at check out time, they said okay so we went back to sleep. No later than 9:30 another knock at the door from housekeeping trying to clean the room?? Told them we weren’t leaving until 11am too..again. Then when we left our room at 10:45 housekeeping was no joke waiting at our door! We couldn’t believe it. And lastly we heard people walking by and every door slamming shut all night, the ac doesn’t stay on, the fan turns off when the ac does and I’m a light sleeper, not a huge deal but about 30 minutes watching the tv the tv shuts off and there’s no way to turn their automatic timer off. So ac shuts down then it gets quiet and the tvs too loud had to keep changing the volume all night and figured out if I used the remote every 30 mins the tv wouldn’t shut off. Save to say I got no sleep at ALL and that was the whole reason we stopped on our way home was to sleep… better staying at a red roof inn or something like that!

Safe and clean. Good for travel with family.
